One night stuff was alone and super confused. He looked puzzled and was rude to us. Lack of communication skills.
Staff is quite friendly and calm while taking and serving orders. On top of it, food is always fresh and hot anytime you go there.
I tried to give this particular Burger King many chances, but the service is so bad. The workers are not the friendliest in the slightest, and are often rushy and have a tone. The wait is pretty average, but the food is never done that well if you get a poutine, it’s basically empty with no sauce and the Burgers barely have any of the toppings on it:(
Very bad service, and yet I am a fan of Burger King. The waitress is not friendly at all. I dared to ask for ketchup, it seemed to be very complicated! In addition, while there was no one in the room, the Whoppers were served cold....
Really bad service, I ordered a chocolate sundae and received a vanilla sundae that looked nothing like what I ordered and I was charged an extra 2$. There isn’t any ketchup for you limp fries unless you ask them for some, for some reason they gave me an onion ring with my fries and it was disgusting. Cool hats tho
Food is good but service always slow, and make you park and wait for your order even when you're the only car there. Would understand if it was busy and there was a long line of cars. Not impressed or recommend.
Tonight I ordered two impossible whoppers, one was a combo with a large fries and coke. The whoppers were somehow over cooked, burnt and cold at the same time. Not trying to be dramatic but they were disgusting. The fries were stale and cold, so I had to throw them out.
While waiting for my order, I parked in the parking lot as requested from the drive through employee. When my order came out, the employee basically threw the bag with my food into the car.
This Burger King was my usual go-to place for a late night meal, especially after a long day of work. Over the last few weeks, I'm sorry to say I have noticed a decline in the food, staff and customer service. I'm very disappointed and I will no longer be dining at this burger king. $27 wasted.
