Washrooms need some very needed up keep. Grounds are well kept. Play equipment could use a little repair aswell. Still a nice park wonderful small beach, with Dock.
I think this is definitely one the best recreational sports in Canada. It has washrooms, parking, kids playground, gazebo, jetty, spot to launch boats plus excellent view. I come here every year even though it's a 3hr drive from my residence
One of our favourite places to visit with kids during any season
Great small little location with a cute small beach and a playground for the children. There is also a volleyball and a baseball court if you are into that. The only thing I disliked were the washrooms; they were absolutely horribly maintained. So if you are looking for a place to change, I’d say do it before you come. Also while we were there a warning went out that there is a high amount of bacteria in the water; so swim at your own risk!
My daughter and grandkids and myself had a great day trip. They had a PA Day. So we decided to do a day trip. Fantastic time.
Beautiful place to come with kids and pets. There is a playground, a beach, waahrooms, picnic tables and a small trail.
One of the top parks we've brought the kids to in all of Ontario (and we have been to a lot!). Safe for the kids (wood chips and sand), lots of different areas, and a lot of opportunity for pretend / imaginative play. The playground is near the water and other green open spaces. Highly recommend for kids under 12. There is a designated area for "tots".
