Everything is excellent about this hotel. From the facilities to all the finer details that come along with it. Great food clean rooms and excellent staff who always greet you with a smile. Special shoutout to Christian and Riko who are really great asset to your team of staff.
My husband and I came to celebrate my birthday. The Fairmont the Palm staff are excellent. They served us very well. We were treated to a yummy cake. Jackilyn helped us to sign up as members and served us with a big smile.
The staff are very very accommodating and friendly. Service is outstanding and nothing is too much trouble. A celebratory occasion will be celebrated all day with treats and surprises. Really fabulous place to stay
Typical hotel with small beach, small rooms for the price. It is new but already looks old, lobby is just normal and it really annoyed me that the beach is closed at 6 pm and the pool at 6:30. All day is very hot and those are the perfect time. Prices of everything are insulting (12 euro for a scoop of ice cream). There are many hotels in the city and this one can perfectly be skipped.
Had a wonderful experience going here. Rooms were very neat and clean. The whole place is elegant from lobby up to the hallways. The staffs here are very accomodating. They also have complete facilities. Have pools for adults and family. You can also have beach access with water sports available.
