Restaurant is poor, food doesn't taste as it should be in hotels (not fresh). Service is low
Location is poor due to the traffic area. Pool is not fansy but it will do. Price is fine as I reserved a full suite for almost 800 AED.
I stayed at this hotel on last January for two days on my way to italy and it was one of the best hotels that i have ever stayed with spacious and cleanest room. Especially employees are great and committed to attend their guest needs with their happy faces. Thanks a lot….
I would not recommend anyone, even if you are getting cheap price dont go for it, the front desk service is not good at all, not even a single guest is allowed, we wanted to stay only for 3-4 hours just to get ready for a function but they did not let the guests in. They wont listen to any reason and will charge extra for Cancellation.
Wrost hotel ever i visit in ajman with expensive price bad facilities not clean no hot water not even single Guest they allowed in 2bhk room
I stayed with my family for one night, it was such a nice experience, with clean rooms, friendly staff specially the receptionists and the housekeepers.
Looking forword to visiting it again
this is very neat nd clean hotel in low budget i must praise the administration they are doing well even they maintained cleaning so well more thn 3/4star hotels service is good if i will go to ajman again must stay there
There is no hot water, the price is very expensive, there is no hair dryer, there is no toothbrush, and the air conditioning is not good. There is no one in the worst hotel that doesn't want to give a one-star review.
We have only positive things to say. We had a very pleasant stay, the service was top tier, food was great and the location really makes you feel at peace with the beautiful location on the beach.

A separate big thank you to the dry cleaning department that helped us out at short notice by doing lighting quick dry cleaning for my favorite jacket. Special thanks to Sidheeq from the dry cleaning department for handling everything in a timely and professional manner.

Looking forward to coming back to this hotel! Definitely a recommendation from us.
Not bad, but we expected more.
Of the advantages:
- fresh and cozy rooms
- good infrastructure
- service and friendly staff, always tried to solve the issue. Laxman cleaned the room perfectly.
Minuses:
- on the first day the room was very cold, the air conditioning was repaired only for the third time
- the choice for breakfast is quite modest.
- In the lobby and pool bar, the menu looks more like the menu of some kind of fast food: pizza, pasta, burgers. There are no healthy options. It was decided to go to the main buffet restaurant for the dinner, but there were no seats there. I can't even imagine that. The 5* hotel with above average in the price category and you just can't eat.
- the hotel is quite small and its infrastructure cannot cope with the number of guests.
Sheets was stained with blood, they changed the sheets and the changed sheets was also very stained. The bathroom seat was dirty I had to clean it myself. The breakfast was very very bad, my I even noticed my Tea cup was stained. Disgusting hotel. I am surprised it has 4 stars. Never visiting again.
Went there for my anniversary. When checked in I got a free upgrade because I was celebrating my anniversary. That was the start of the great service I saw. When I went into the suite it was clean and spacious. Water bottles were provides and the room was neat and well designed. The view was great and everything was available in the room included an iron machine, coffee machine, boiler, and etc.
The bathroom was clean and the towels were clean too. Has a walk near the ocean which was great. The breakfast was nice and had a couple of choices. Quality of food could be better but it was ok. Had a great time in the hotel and will definitely come back. Thank you Address Group 👍🏼
Since this year service is unacceptable! If u require any assistance no one is there for u. Any little maintenance u need to call 3rd companies and wait for a week. So the building it self only provides u a receptionist. And still charging u 2x more than any other building around. Ridiculous!

Went to try SeaFood Friday feast, it was amazing. Not all Fridays. Great ambience and service. Food quality is great. Totally a worth seafood blast.
We recently stayed there although the stay was fantastic there are some things they really to emphasis in about the guest rooms not stacked with items in mini bar and no slippers provided also .

Also they need to upgrade rooms .
I would like to thank Murjan staff (Challa and Suk), They were very responsive and made my stay for 3 years so smooth and comfortable..and thanks to Gabriela. The hotel was always clean and quiet and whenever there's any problem, they fix it rapidly and properly.

Today we had a brand seminar in one of the halls of the hotel. During the break time we have requested the coffee making employee one by one. He has skipped me for about 4-5 times. I reminded him 2-3 times about my order and he kept repeating "I will give you". I just left without any comments due to our break time was over. Later he came in our seminar and kept my ordered cup of coffee in front of me without apology and left. That guy has to go through some hospitality and customer service trainings, which are the initial and core manners of the hotel employees

A drop in visit on the off chance and really enjoyed it. Great views and the slide was a fun addition. Photo prices ridiculous but you can take your own pics in there so not an issue. Worth the admission fee
We recently stayed at the hotel, and the experience was fantastic. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the room was clean with many nice amenities. The location is convenient, and Hamza at the reception was exceptionally welcoming and friendly, always sporting a smile. Highly recommend this hotel for its amenities, convenient location, and the genuinely friendly staff!

The glass walk is a 7/10 experience. Once you get over the fear of falling or as if something is pulling you under, then the excitement wears off.

The views are great, an 8/10 experience. We had planned to watch the sunset and got there ahead of time but the long queues are a downside. Only caught a smidge of the sunset even though we legged it after passing the security check.

Now, the glass slide is a big lump of nothing honestly. Its just sliding down from the 53rd to 52nd floor, just 1 floor down.
This ought to be made explicit as we were under the impression that the slide down would be longer.

We had to wait in the long queue for almost 2 hrs just for 7 seconds of experiencing the slide. By the end of it, we were asking the security guy, 'is that it? Are you serious?'.
It's over before it even begins!!!!

That kind of miniature slide would be ideal for kids and those afraid of heights, but for ardent thrill seekers, you are better off skipping the slide.

All in all, a 6.8/10 experience
I stayed with family for one night, the place is decent for the money, friendly staff, clean rooms. The furniture is a bit old. Public parking is available, and it's free, but the road and parking around the place are sand. Overall, it is a good place to crash.
Seafood Buffet was bad compared to price too high. In advertisement shows big quantities of Cavier avaliable but when we went the put very small quantities on a piece of type bread
Rooms are good but lighting the hotel has to improve, Service was good and staff were supportive as well .

Came here for the glass slide which I thought was a lot longer. It's only 1 story long. It's nice to see everything from that point of view but it's so short I feel like I could barely get a chance to see much. It's not expensive to get in so it's not like I wasted a bunch of money but I wish they would make the length more explicit on their website
My recent stay at City Seasons Towers Hotel in Dubai was truly a delightful experience. From the moment I entered the hotel, I was captivated by its modern elegance and welcoming atmosphere.

The hotel's location is ideal, situated in the heart of Dubai, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers. Its proximity to key attractions and business districts added immense value to my stay, allowing for easy exploration of the vibrant city.

The accommodation at City Seasons Towers Hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms are tastefully decorated, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. The attention to detail in the room's amenities and furnishings showcased a commitment to providing a premium experience for guests. The stunning views of the cityscape from my room added a touch of glamour to my stay.

Dining at the hotel was a culinary delight. The diverse range of dining options catered to various palates, and the quality of the food was consistently impressive. The hotel's breakfast buffet was a particular standout, offering a wide array of delicious options to start the day on a high note.

What truly set City Seasons Towers Hotel apart was the exceptional service provided by the staff. The level of professionalism and attentiveness displayed by the hotel's team was remarkable. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone contributed to a seamless and enjoyable experience. Any request or inquiry was met with prompt and courteous assistance.

The hotel's facilities, including the rooftop pool and fitness center, further enhanced my stay. The panoramic views from the pool area added a touch of luxury, creating a serene oasis in the midst of the bustling city.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting the magnificent Address Sky View Tower in Dubai, and let me tell you, it was beyond amazing! From the moment I stepped foot inside, I knew I was in for a memorable experience.

One of the highlights of my visit was undoubtedly the slide. Not just any slide, mind you – this one took me on an exhilarating journey through the heart of the tower. As I zoomed down, the breathtaking views of Dubai's cityscape surrounded me, and the adrenaline rush was simply unmatched. Whether you're an adventure seeker or simply looking for a unique way to explore the tower, this slide is an absolute must-try!

The walk-on glass experience was equally incredible. Walking on a glass floor with Dubai's impressive skyline unfolding beneath your feet is an exhilarating feeling. It's a perfect opportunity to conquer your fear of heights while enjoying a bird's-eye view of the bustling city below. The feeling of floating above the world is truly unforgettable, and it makes for some incredible photo opportunities too!

The Address Sky View Tower itself is a masterpiece of modern architecture. The sleek design and stunning aesthetics create a visual treat for visitors. The attention to detail is apparent in every corner, from the elegant interiors to the attentive and friendly staff who are always there to assist.

Moreover, the tower's location is ideal. Situated centrally, it provides easy access to various attractions in Dubai, making it a perfect base to explore the city. Just a minutes walk to dubai mall , the fountain and the metro. The surrounding area also offers a wide range of dining options, ensuring that culinary delights are always just a short stroll away.

Every thing is perfect location is perfect if you have a car and don’t want to go to dubai cause of the traffic

Breakfast could be better not the best average

Rooms the A/C like freezer

Great for the value you pay
Address Sky View Tower i feel its the Address Hotel in downtown in comparison with the other Addresses in Downtown.

The building as such is a good masterpiece in terms of its Architecture, looks and amenities.

The Gym is surely the best among all.

The view from the 54th floor where they have this restaurant CE LA VI is out of the box with the infinity pool and the Burj View.

From here you have 360 view of Dubai - Burj View & View.

Great place for a visit.
The worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. The room's cooling system makes a sound like an airplane engine, the phone in the room was not working to communicate with the reception, the Gillette razor had already been used. When I paid, I paid 250 dirhams by card I was barely able to sleep because of the loud noise, when I woke up at 3 am when my mobile phone rang, a person named Sohail called from the reception and said to come down immediately and draw another 100 dirhams because you underpaid! Hotel employees need training and their management needs counseling!!!!

In my opinion, even if you had to, don't go to this hotel to get it fixed. Sleeping on the street is more comfortable than staying in this hotel .

As a business consultant, I suggest the owners of this hotel to think about training their employees and improving their services before their business is destroyed. wish you luck.
This hotel doesn’t represent the high luxurious standards of Emaar hotel chain. From the moment you enter, despite the beautifully decorated lobby, it has the view over the pool which wasn’t pleasing at all, children and families and all wetting clothes that comes from swimming is not the perfect view for someone who would want to have a cup of coffee at the lobby. Room was spacious and has a view overlooks Burj Khalifah, but if you are looking to get to Dubai Mall, this is not the perfect location as it is far away it takes around 20 minutes walk and with shopping back its better to have a cap back to the hotel. Also the bridge entrance which connects the hotel with the mall closes at 12AM! Doesn’t make any sense. Finally it was so difficult and confusing as several taxis we requested had to cancel as they couldn’t reach the right entrance. For me its one time visit.
I am mot a big fan of their apartments, I think they are very small and overly priced, the location is not bad, the building is very clean and that is the biggest plus about this place.
Hotel is nice everything is perfect, unfortunately they have this rude receptionist amwita is the name in tower 1! Not a good person to go too
Very nice big apartment but the one female receptionist is extremely rude and unprofessional and hangs up on my face a lot and sounds very fed up. It’s nice living in a beautiful apartment but not nice to be treated like that daily by the reception. She’s rude for no reason I am very nice and she calls about my guests and housekeeping but she has very rude unprofessional behavior I’ll have to make some fort of complaint because she is making my stay less comfortable. I’m a female as well. Also the service is super slow and bad and the workers don’t fix anything correctly and are slow at coming and responding and just rude. I’m staying in tower 2
I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this hotel. When we first entered the room, the condition was far from acceptable. The coredoor carpet was infested with fungus, which was not only unsightly but also a health concern.

To make matters worse, we discovered a blood stain on the duvet. We immediately reported this issue to the hotel staff, and they replaced the duvet and covers. However, despite their efforts, my family fell ill after our first night in the room.

After a lengthy negotiation with the management, they moved us to another room. But the nightmare continued when I found a cockroach in the new room. This experience was not only unsettling but also a serious health hazard.

I strongly urge potential guests to reconsider staying here. The lack of cleanliness and maintenance in this hotel is a significant concern. It's essential for the hotel management to address these issues promptly to ensure the safety and well-being of their guests.
Hello Sharjah Palace Team,

Would like to give my review regarding my experience your hotel.

My partner and I stayed on the 19th to 20th of September 2023

We were looking for a hotel near my sister in-law’s home and we decided to try your hotel. We had been traveling from Abu Dhabi to Sharjah and we arrived late, almost midnight for check in. At first impression, the night staff was not welcoming at all. He wanted to charge us more than the rate we booked and my husband had to inform him our rate was confirmed with your reservation staff when we booked prior and after he said that he checked the system and never apologized he just proceeded with the check in.

My Husband then requested if we could have a late checkout since we arrived so late and we had a flight to catch the next day and immediately before we could even say anything he said you have to pay. He did not even bother to ask how long we needed to extend the checkout, again from my experience in hotels, check out is chargeable when it extends past two hours, at least every hotel is different but he never bothered to ask. It's only after my husband asked him if he would charge even at 1pm that he granted us the check out and did not update his system because the next day someone called us at 12:30 and we had to inform them we were confirmed late checkout at 1pm. We didn’t need to stay longer, only an extra hour as we had a flight to catch the next day.

He then refused to give us our IDs back which we asked him why he never gave us a reasonable explanation. We found it strange as far as I’m aware with my hotel experience no hotel is supposed to hold your IDs in contempt as if we are criminals. We were too tired to argue about the IDs so we just went to the room which smelt of smoke btw and I almost fell in the bathroom because the glass that blocks the water from spilling on the ground apparently moves it’s not glued to the tub.

On the day of check out, after being rushed out even though we had the extra hour approved, I asked the reception staff to return our IDs which we almost forgot btw, and inquired if it was a Dubai regulation to keep IDs at check in and they said no we must have forgotten them. We informed them their staff refused to give us a check in ; they said they were not aware of it. Immediately after that they said we have to wait while they check the room, are you kidding me? After a few minutes I got upset and requested how long they needed to check the room because we had a flight to catch and this is my first time ever being told to wait to check the room, after I complained they said okay we can go. The hotel has our Id information, mobile numbers and email. If anything , can the hotel contact us not so?

I don’t know the kind of Guests that your hotel receives but this is by far the worst experience in my life, I felt like maybe because we are African your staff treated us less, with disregard. We paid for the room just like any other guest therefore why treat us any less? Had it been an Arabic guest or European guests would your staff treat them the way they did us? I will never recommend anyone to stay in your hotel after this experience and maybe you can train your staff on how to deal with guests professionally as this is unacceptable. It doesn't hurt to be nice and after all first impressions matter most in hospitality because that’s how you channel returning guests and I believe in this line of business, guest experience matters a lot being that there is plenty of competition around.

I don’t know if you will care about my review but if you care about guest satisfaction then maybe this will help the hotel improve on lacking areas.

Best Regards,

Thelma Tariro Kapswara
Am giving 4 Star to location and 3 to Rooms that's it.
When it comes to service and hospitality it is the worst experience we've ever had. We have a flight at 8 and we've paid extra for late checkout as well, despite of that Staff asked us to leave the room stating that 'You have to leave the room within 5 Minutes' It's Ramadan my whole family is fasting i asked for more time and was ready to pay more but same line was repeated on my face from reception.
No Room services on time, Food was not even properly cooked & Response to the asked services was way too much late. Will not recommend for the families as they aren't not flexible in their services.
Suggestion for the Staff: You guys are in hospitality business, And am damn sure this was not hospitality specially when you're in such a Amazing Country!

Nice comfortable space with good facilities. The house keeping team make sure to keep the rooms clean and tidy everyday! worth a stay
This place is not so great! I went to check a place here and the terrible in the apartment smell is overwhelming. The pool was small and there's hardly any amenity in this building. There is no reception or receiving room. The only good about this place is Suk, the super, who is very accommodating.
