Dimitri is a great asset to the team. He works very hard and always polite. He has great customer service skills and always makes time to chat if he can.

Really friendly staff and a lovely spot to grab a pint or two whilst at Paddington Station! A shout out particularly to Moses Dimitri behind the bar for his fantastic service, always greets you with a smile and is a true pleasure

I often travel through Paddington for work, and when I'm on my way home I stop for a little tipple to celebrate my holiday. Dmitry has served me on numerous occasions and has always delivered a stellar service that brightens my day. I genuinely look forward to stopping at the Beer House for a quick chat while I wait to board my train. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR BEING FANTASTIC!!!

Excellent service. What a great find after a long day visiting St Mary’s hospital. Far better than the service you get in the hospital! Lovely quiet place, very good Prosecco and a beautiful end to the evening. All in the confines of Paddington Station 😃

I like how they make sure you definitely get your train on time by not quite giving you a full pint. The guy before me had a San Miguel that cost £6.80 and it has less beer in it than mine. And he asked for a top up! But they topped it up with more air.
