Wish they had self checkout
No paper, no connection to the internet, long lines, system couldnt find the correct folder automatically, it was just miserable. Found a full service solution around the block.
Only giving two stars because the 2nd staffer did a better job.
Background: I went here for Passport Photo.
When the staffer took my photo, I insisted the photo may not be approved as the top of my hair was cut off, the shot appeared to be too close toy face, and my shadow made the white backdrop look light gray.
He insisted the photo would be fine.
I go to post office. The staff there said it's up to me, if I want to risk sitting that photo as it may be rejected. And then I would have to pay a reprocessing fee.
I went back to Duane Reade where I should the photo to a different staffer and she immediately noted the same issues.
She retook the photos and then did not charge for reprint.
This process took an additional unnecessary 2 hours because I had to join the back of the passport line and the re-take.
