La Michoacana Tres Hermanos

I have been regularly visiting this location for the past two years and every experience has been exceptional. The food is consistently delicious and the service is outstanding! It's unfortunate to see numerous negative reviews, but I believe there are countless positive experiences that go unshared. This establishment is always busy with activity, and the staff constantly display warmth and hospitality towards customers. There have been times where I've witnessed VERY long lines, yet the staff maintain their composure and continue to work diligently. As a manager myself, I can identify dedicated workers when I see them. The constant stream of happy customers leaving this place gives me hope that more will share their positive experiences.

Horrible customer service! Wish I could give 0 stars

Teenagers force you to pay before you could even look at what they have. Not visible for someone shorter than 5’4. They put a bunch of stuff over the ice creams. They literally yelled at me to pay them they will serve me. Ice cream is over priced $5 for 1 spoon. Every other Michoacana has it at $6.75 a cup with 2 scoops. The ice cream don’t even taste right. We ended up throwing them out. They don’t wear gloves and touch money without washing their hands. They use same spoon for milk and water based.

I live locally and am a student of Lake Park High School. Me and my friends were at woodfield mall and decided to stop by the las mic to get some Cheetos at around 5:04 pm. The employees that were working were named Nico and Tomas. I asked for cheese instead of mayo and in the cheetos elote and paid extra for it. There was no cheese when I politely complained, they got hostile and started lying. Nico was calling me a dummy and swearing profoundly. Nico also pulled out a vape and proceeded to blow it in my face even though as a professional that is completely unacceptable. They also gave me a fake corporate number. Tomas started walking out of the shop and getting aggressive trying to hurt me.

These people are cheaters, we tried to buy ice cream today around 6 pm. They ‘forgot’ to put many ingredients- typically cheaters, when we politely objected- boys at counter got physical. We called police and left ice cream with them. When we called the corporate office, they said they don’t care because each of this is independently owned shocking cheaters.

Old ice cream, guys prepping your food don’t wash their hands or use gloves, certainly customers don’t care about the germs! Noticed that were using the phone and touching their faces, I could just walk away and have a mad/crying kid for not getting him his snack, decided to stay for this time. Better of go to the store and buy your family ice cream or yogurt for much less price or same price but, better quality.

They do not have hygiene. The guy was holding a bunch of dollars, he didn't wash his hands and took my paleta. I told him, please wash your hands, he just rinsed his hands. It was disgusting. If you don't want to get sick do not go there. They also have a really bad service, they do not know how to prepare the food.

Literally would also give 0 stars we went in and the dude had a horrible attitude. Literally useless and the girl working there too she literally has to ask the dude for everything i wouldn’t be surprised if this place was closed in a year. The customer service is horrible. I came in asked the girl if i could get a big ice cream cup. The girl said yes and i showed her the cup I wanted and once again she said yes sure. Then she resumes to get another cup and I’m like “I’m asking for this one” she claimed they were the same size which they weren’t. So i repeat myself and ask if I can get the big cup i pointed to and she affirmed i could get it. She once again says YES. She then turns around and tell the guy which i presume is the owner a little boy who thinks he can manage a business and she ask if she can give me that cup. He tells her to get another cup once again not what i asked for and smaller and he then tells her to charge me first and then provide me the service. Bro foreal. So i ask her before i pay If I am getting the BIG cup I asked for and he jumps in rudely and with a tone says ma’m you either get this cup with 3 scoops or you don’t. What the hell like I’m not asking him to gift me the scoops or give me a big cup without charging . I told her to charge me for all the extra scoops. This man literally lost one a customer and two the money for being rude and to be honest. How could you not want to provide the service and make the sale. It would’ve looked ten times better and once again i wasn’t asking him to throw anything in for free. I’m refraining myself from using foul language but they are awful when it comes to customer service a disappointment to michoacanas and the Hispanic community. They need to get their stuff together and from what i can tell he already has a reputation of being horrible.
