Party City

They staff were very quick to help you out. Unfortunately they messed up our order but quickly took care of it. Very good customer service and work to make it right. Thank you fo rmaking our son's 9th bday a fun day!

I called party city and the person who answered seemed pretty-occupied and uninterested in what my questions were.

For the special occasion(Baby Shower) of my life I got The best service and help from Party City located next to the Walmart at Washington Ave Albany by the Store Associate name Caleb as he helped me a lot and shown me the right and exact location and isles of the materials I needed. Clearly I can say that they value their customers.

Bought over $150 in balloons for a birthday. They forgot one of the numbers for the birthday age, refused to replace it and then for a refund I had to travel to the store and bring the single number balloon they did give. Would never go again, they were unhelpful from the beginning and got after they messed up. If you shop there check the orders yourself

Tried to call corporate to the point below…and you’re not open on weekends..so useless

Not sure if this particular location had just had a major sale, was reorganizing their store or what. It was a bit of a mess and lacking in selection. It's definitely one of the smaller Party City locations I've been to and their offerings for little girl's party supplies were seriously lacking.

It took a bit to find an employee to help us get a pinata down from the top shelf. When he pulled it down he asked if we wanted the one in front and I replied that I didn't think it mattered if they were the same thing. We began walking to the checkout but he stopped and hesitated then told me that he'd give us the other one up there and admitted that the front one was crushed in and busted on the top. He went to get the second one and the cloud fell off (it was a rainbow with iridescent clouds attached on either end). We skipped that style entirely and went with a different one. Both of the broken pinatas were put back up on the shelf and he let his coworker know they were busted but didn't know what to do with them. The coworker replied they should leave them up there and someone else could figure it out. Not cool because then the website still indicates these items are available inventory and obviously they aren't in usable condition. While the employee who helped us was nice and was honest in the end, the experience was off putting from shopping at that location again.

Very disappointed with the service. The employees don’t care, it seems, and got frustrated with balloon requests. It made me feel uncomfortable while picking out balloons. They kept gossiping right in front of customers. There are barely any customers in here. Why are you all so upset?! Find a job you like; guys, don't force yourself to work here. Supervisors/upper management do better training your staff or hire folks who actually care. I have been to the busy NYC Party City, and their service was amazing. I am going to try the other Party City and won't be coming back to this one.

This place is more like the warehouse for toys. I really love their collection of toys. The workers were very helpful too. It’s very close to the road and can be easily seen from a car in normal traffic. There’s also wheelchair accessible entrance and parking for the differently able.

Friendly and helpful staff- very accommodating with our baby reveal celebration. Also, checked out the Halloween costumes for my 20 month son and was amazed over the excellent quality and craftsmanship.
