Java Cat Cafe Vancouver

We went to the Cafe because it was supposed to be cat oriented. I think we saw only 1 picture of a cat, and it was a small pic at that. It didn't reflect any cat ambience at all. The food was so delicious. The coffee was terrific. As far as I can tell, it has NOTHING to do with cats. Very misleading.

Great food (had the orange cranberry scone and Turkey panini) and great coffees too! Stopped in for breakfast and it did not disappoint! Barista even brought the sandwich to our table once it was ready which was a nice touch!

The cafeteria is nice, with an older style, although a bit old-fashioned. the food is good, but the coffee is disgusting.

One of the last true coffee shops in Vancouver! The staff here are incredible. They always make the kind effort to remember your order and always greet you happily. Extremely fair prices, delicious espresso and fast service! The interior is cozy and they always have jazz music on! Thank you Java Cat

The coffee and sandwiches here are great. It has a warm atmosphere and friendly service. It's worth grabbing coffee or a light lunch here if you are working nearby.

I liked the service, very gentle. This place is ideal for a cup of coffee on a rainy day. Cozy and nice music that smooths the day.
Red velvet is delicious and the Chipotle roast beef is fine, not chilly.

The name may attract those who love cat and/or Java? At least the name attracted my attention when I walked past!

The veggie roll is the hidden gem here. I'm not ususally into that sort of thing and stick to the sausage rolls but these veggie rolls are something else.
