Sixth Avenue Plaza

This shopping center may have a few empty units but that's ok. When I'm doing my laundry at Laundry Mart I'm killing time at Goodwill or Harbor Freight. Sometimes I even wander in to the smoke shop just to peruse all their recrrational water filtration devices 😉.
It's a nice shopping plaza. Definitely bound to pick up more tenants after they open up the apartments where Kmart used to be.

Decent selection of stores, harbor freight is always the way to go.

I was at the Goodwill. All I can say is prices are ridiculous and the stuff they have is mostly garbage. Sad that they have minimal stock. Items are dirty, some damaged and overpriced.

Tools, holiday seasonal water, tires and more. This is even has goodwill

I came to the laundry mat here, first time.
Staff was friendly and helpful showing me what to do. Even offered me tennis balls to put in the dryer with my comforters!

Second review, went to Harbor Freight, staff are always friendly and helpful.
But,
This Plaza's parking lot has RIDICULOUSLY deep potholes that could ruin your car if you don't see them and drive into one. You might never be found again!!!!!!! These potholes are nothing but severe neglect by the property owners.

We purchased water. Nice folks and very accommodating. Wish I had their energy.

Goodwill and Harbour Freight are ny two favorite stores at this plaza. Harbour Freight is the cheapest store around for hardware, tools, and home improvement needs. It's miniature in size compared to Lowes or Home Depot but the prices are ridiculously lower! And the staff is always so nice helpful and skilled with any questions I've ever had. Plus the longest I've ever waited in line was maybe 2 min. Great place!
