My first experience at this planetarium wasn't pleasant.
We waited in line for over 30 minutes, only to get stuffed into a room full of people, where this lady took her shoes off and stunk the whole area with her feet.
The room was crowded with people, that we had to sit on these chairs and look up the whole duration that it felt like our necks were going to break.
Overall the experience was educational and informative.

I haven’t had an experience yet because I can’t find out when it is open or the open business hours. What am I missing?
Nicely restored including new washrooms for the park. It's a good deal and nice to see a historic building restored rather than demolished. It will be good to see it back in use later this year.
Glad to see this place renovated, and the details they had to recreate to keep the original look.
Planetarium Reopened! Was a nice experience. 15-20min film show was great. QEP is a must visit place.
Very nice place to stroll around. The Planetarium is closed for repairs. Still worth a visit.
I remember coming here as a kid back around 1980 it was a really cool experience then. It’s been closed since 1983 when the Telus World of Science opened. Now it is been renovated and refurbished and supposed to reopen in 2020. There have been some delays so it may be a 2021 opening. When it does reopen it will be an intimate experience. The unique design of this building makes it really special.
