Absolutely horrible. A salesman there sold my mom an upgrade from her XR to the 15. But she didn’t have the iCloud password right. So. Nothing. Will. Transfer. To. Her. New. Phone. Why in gods name would you let an 82 year woman leave your store like this? It makes me livid. This sale was done Tues April 16th you spoke w me, her daughter on the phone that day trying to figure out the password. And I told you to not proceed and you did anyway. Maybe Verizon should do more training. A lot more.

NEVER AGAIN. I specifically called, not once, but TWICE to make a Verizon Fios payment in person
and was told, a) that they don't accept personal checks - cash only, and, b) they accept payments and are open. Well, not only did they NOT accept cash, but their internet/system had been down for the last few hours and they weren't accepting payments for Fios...PERIOD. Oh yeah, and it was left off with, "sorry for the inconvenience." Really?

Scam alert!!
This location was good two years ago. At the moment they lost all of the people that used to be there and when I went there last with my wife we had a terrible experience. There is a new manager and they are desperate to hot you with hidden charges and sell things you have zero use for. There's no doubt in my mind that this is the reason the old employees aren't there anymore. Stay away from this place, order online and skip the scammers.

We finally decided to upgrade our phones and visited this Verizon store last Friday as it’s close from our house. Mr. Smerlyn took cake of us everything including the transfer of data from old phone to new one. It was such a pleasant experience. It’s located in a small shopping square and lots of parking spaces. I highly recommend!

Had a great experience with the store manager Daniel. Made everything easy and educated me on every step while saving me money!
It's a shame he is there alone he needs a raise with the amazing work he does.

I came here to get my mom a new phone. Danny the store manager was extremely nice. Every employee that works for Verizon whether it’s corporate store or a store like this one, should be as nice as Danny is. He answered all my questions and made buying a phone effortlessly. I hope the higher ups read this and give Danny a raise or something. Thank you Danny for everything!

I’ve been coming to Russell-cellular at this location for many years. The people there are very professional, very knowledgeable and super helpful. Nourhan is delightful to work with, and able to give her attention to a couple of people at the same time while never sacrificing the quality of her service. For this reason I will never go back to a Verizon corporate store. The service at this location is always the best.

The experience was very pleasant this afternoon. No one was there and the associate, Sherlyn was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks for making my visit so painless! I will certainly go back.
As an update, I went back to the store to pickup my phone which was on back-order and came in a week before it was originally scheduled! When I got there another employee I hadn't seen before was helping another customer, working hard to fix a problem the customer had with fraud on their AT&T account (don't ever use AT&T). While she was working on it she looked over at me and asked if she could help. I told her I was picking up my phone and she started helping me, multi-tasking, while still helping the other customer. After a very pleasant experience, my beautiful new phone in hand, I went on my way. After realizing I'd need a new cable for the car, I went back in the store to get one to find there were five other customers there, and the employee was helping them all. She called me by name and said, what do you need? I told her a new cable, she picked it out right away, rang it up and then I was on my way. She is an incredible person and I wanted to let everyone know this store is the BEST!!! I'll keep going back! Thank you SO much! I love my new i13.
