Amazing customer service
Not a professional business. The owner canceled twice with me and holds other properties. She can cancel appointments within two hours with no concern for you. Very unreliable and disappointing.

Great items n customer service
It was my first time going to a botanica, and I immediately felt welcomed by the front counter. As someone who knew only a little bit about crystals, I thank them for being so patient with me. They are incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about their products. I would definitely recommend their shop to my friends and family. 10/10 would recommend it!
