Kids Play Cafe

We love this place but every time we go there are less and less balls and it is dirty. There are 2 holes in the netting back by the swing that definitely cause a hazard. My daughter crawled back into the area and under the trampoline. The hole is too small for a adult so I just had to beg my daughter to come out.. she's 2 so it took a minute. They need to get all the balls and trash out from back their and close the holes up. Other then that what a great place to take your kids and stay cool during the summer.

First time coming here with my kids, it is a pretty big place. They have designated areas for stuff, BUT I’ve been to another one and just way better. The lady in front didn’t greet us, 3 kids we paid 40$ they close at 7 we got there around 5:30ishh. The place isn’t the cleanest either one of the nets has a giant hole which could be a hazard for a small child. The lady was just behind the desk on her phone the whole time. A little boy hit my child & the mom was no where to be seen. Some parents come to bring the kids and not look after them. The floor was dirty that I wanted to keep my Sandals on but couldn’t even though it was 5 min till closing. Go to M&M the staff is just more attentive and friendly, They make sure all kids play nicely , as this place just not it wouldn’t recommend.

Kids Cafe was Amazing my girls had such a blast and the girl there helped me get situated to work in a table since all the other tables were occupied. I can’t wait to take my kids back. I packed there lunches and snack and they even sell snacks & drinks. Free coffee for the parents!

My daughter really loves this place her face lights up the minute we walk in and I really appreciate places like this . I just really wish it was cleaner , don’t look in back of the trampoline or by the swing you will freak out at how much dust and trash there is piled up there . Besides that I can say it’s a good atmosphere but really needs to be cleaner for kids. Also please make it easier to track visits on the 10 day pass I had so much trouble with this I was told twice I had no visits left when I had only used it twice , there’s really no way of tracking it for us as individuals we just take your word for it.

*UPDATE: we had our sons 1st birthday here! It was so amazing and fantastic! All of our friends and family were impressed! The only thing I was little disappointed on was the balls are still extremely low and I wish they would fill it back how it use to be… also I understand they want everyone wearing socks but for my guests of the party that forgot socks I don’t think it should be a big deal and make them buy socks after we pay how much we paid for the party. It’s a private party don’t think it should matter if they are bare foot or not…! Overall the party was absolutely amazing and we loved the 2 girls that helped set it up!

We went for the first time to check it out to book his 1st birthday! We ended up booking and we stayed for 3 hours! He absolutely loved it so much and had so much fun! The only complaint I have and discussed with worker was that the balls are extremely low. Both ball pits have barley any balls and you can see the bottoms of the pits. Behind the structure there was quite a bit that haven’t been cleaned out and thrown back into the ball pits. The worker said other customers have complained and they have a note to the owner to purchase more balls. I think the ball pits are one of the best thing and in previous pictures it looks completely full and different then It did today. I’m really hoping they fill it and continue to before his birthday in May because that was my son’s favorite part!

It was a beautiful experience my daughter enjoyed the most of it she was so happy!

The big reason why I am giving a two stars,
it’s because after we visited this place my daughter got really sick from HFMD (hand, foot and month disease) and I know for fact it was from here because she was perfectly fine before and this was the only place we visited.
I noticed they don’t do any sanitizing to toys, or any thing that kids are playing with, and I was there for a long time, after that I also noticed they were two sick kids coughing EVERYWHERE and they were not wearing a mask and none of the girls that were working there said or do anything for everyone’s healthy safe and I don’t even think they were paying attention to what was going on. Come on HEALTHY is serious!
So we left.
I don’t think I will be back to this place soon.
I would love to take daughter again but I’m really afraid for her to get sick again, HFMD it was a nightmare for her and I as a parent (she’s so much better right after a tough week). Hopefully they can do something about it for everyone’s healthy safe.

When the weather outside is frightful (rainy or smoky) and your 2 year old needs to get energy out, this is the place to come. Crowd today was small. My son absolutely loves playing here and sleeps so much better with all the space to play.
