Birria Colorado

So good!!! Easy, affordable, authentic and delicious.

Got two tacos dorados. Those were good. My only issue was that the cooks in the back were a bit phobic.

Amazing Birria. I recommend the “dorados” which is the fried version of the taco. So it’s perfectly crunchy to dip in the meat sauce. Wash it down with a cold beer or Coca-Cola. Cards accepted. Some outdoor communal seating.

I was really craving some birria late at night so I decided to give this restaurant a visit as I've walked by it a few times. You can watch the kitchen as they prep the food and needless to say, I was very excited by the sight and the smells.

Unfortunately, the food didn't live up to my expectations as I've had much better birria elsewhere. The food was still pretty tasty and was very filling. It's priced reasonably and did the job.

I would recommend this spot for a quick bite/late-night snack, but I wouldn't label it as anything special.

The tacos and consume were fantastic. They are quick, greasy and cheap. No seats/ standing only but worth a stop for a quick bite.

Delicious Birria tacos! Great food, fast service, and there’s a great bar with pretty cheap beer right next door. Would recommend :)

Waited over 40 minutes for 6 tacos. However they were cheap ($1 each) - the meat was good and the consome was excellent - worth the wait? Probably!

Amazing and affordable food. This is my favorite casual taco stand in town. Don’t expect table service or anything like that, it’s solely meant for a quick and casual meal. Insane quality and price.
