Loved learning about Portuguese history. Great experience, can't wait for part 2 of the series.

I love coming to the museum! Patricia and her staff are super nice and helpful. It's great to see the history of Hanford all in one place. The museum has a beautiful courtyard and its amazing to see how many events have taken place here and keeping downtown alive.

Update:

I had my birthday celebration here last month and they made it super special and easy for me. They told me to ask them for anything I need and they would best accommodate me and they absolutely did. They made sure me and my guests were well taken care of and everyone had a great time! I highly recommend having your events here.

It's a very old building, I love the feel of it. Almost everything inside seems original and makes it feel like going back in time. The owner's cats are in the garden out back and one of them was super cuddly, which was amazing. Inside there are some antiques, like old telephones, coffee grinders, horseshoes, etc. A lot of it you can actually touch and see how it works. It was a fun visit.

My son had his wedding there. Sadly they booked a different event for the same time. It made parking difficult. (He was told 2 days before his wedding.) When we arrived we had to clean the area. The lawyers in the building connected to the Carnegie Hall weren't aware of a wedding beginning at 5pm... which happened to be the time they end work. Oh, and our wedding music was too loud. Lol
