Good selection of clothes at reasonable prices - as you would expect from Banana Republic - but with surly young staff who seemed to be trained in not liking anyone over 50 years. Or perhaps annoyed that you chose to bother their Facebook time instead of buying online.

Eddy provided a world class customer experience here. I told him what I was looking for and he went above and beyond to ensure I got everything I needed and provided great feedback throughout my experience shopping here. I was completely blown away by the level of customer service I received, thank you so much Eddy, you are the best!

Will probably never purchase anything from here again. The 30 day return policy is a bit ridiculous when you don't live close to the store and order online. The staff weren't really helpful with returns. Would recommend going to other stores.

Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. After helping me find the right chinos, they reserved them in a nearby store as the color I wanted want available. They expected I wouldn’t make it before store closure but I did and will take these pants with me to Singapore. Thanks folks!

Really helpful friendly service. I've bought shirts, jackets and other outfits in the past. Just seems a bit more approachavke than the Copley store layout.

I purchased birthday gifts for my brother at the store. While ringing out the lady offered to sign up for the rewards to get a discount so I did. They said not to worry you can pay this right now so it pays off the credit card but u can get the deal this way. I payed in store and since have been told I haven’t paid. Now my credit has been negatively affected for the fact that essentially they are charging me twice. I’m over this back and forth and would never visit this store or any banana republic again

Went in and was greeted by friendly and helpful staff members. I absolutely loved working with Josh. He was incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He’s definitely the type of person who could pick out a good outfit out for you depending on the event your attending or whatever your needs are. Cheers to you my friend && thanks for the help, I love my blue dress!!

Customer service delivered to a customer may not solely be about the accuracy of a piece of information. Customer service which contributes to a positive customer experience also includes delivery of the information and how the staff communicates with the customer.
The condescending tone and attitude posed by the staff toward my friend returning an item was thus unacceptable and unprofessional. The staff also simply rejected my friend’s request to speak directly with me to clarify the purchase records without any reason for the rejection. Please do not assume that the system is always correct. More importantly, never assume that the customer knows how the system should work, for that is a requirement for the staff, not the customer.
We would appreciate the store’s efforts to improve its way of communicating with the customer in a more professional manner.
