Absolutely love walking in and feeling like a person not just another script. Very upfront about what they are able to fill and what they cannot/back ordered. Communication is stellar.

Mostly knowledgeable staff. I have to travel over 89 miles to get here every few months because their price is way better than around me locally. Unfortunately, communication needs worked on. Overcharged and needed a refund when I recently

No because of COVID-19 local pharmacies have been either closed or reduced their hours but this pharmacy is ridiculous always late with medication never getting your medication to you on time they’re horrible absolutely horrible

I get my stuff delivered the people I talk to on the phone or always very friendly very polite and very helpful the delivery people are also very friendly very helpful very kind I would recommend this place to anybody I don't have to wait on anything and I very rarely have to call him for refills because they stay on top of it most of the time only on occasions and usually when it's something new

Have had major problems with Walgreens. My case manager set me up at Ivira Pharmacy and absolutely the best care, accuracy and ease of filling prescriptions.

Excellent customer service! Highly recommend! One of the only pharmacies in the area that make pill packs and not only that they deliver it right to your door. They put my dad's prescriptions into daily packets because he has dementia and has trouble remembering. They helped solve this issue. Not only that they were fast, contacted me when the renewal was due which was even faster and easier than the initial sign up which was crazy easy. Had all my dad's prescriptions transferred from Walgreens and couldn't be happier. I'm never going into Walgreens and standing in line for a prescription again! Thanks Ivira staff! ❤

Never had a problem using any pharmacy in my life until my dermatologist started sending my prescriptions here. This is the absolutely most incompetent and disorganized pharmacy that I have ever had to deal with. I don’t believe that something as simple as ordering and providing medication should be this difficult of a task.
Their pharmacy has had me waiting over a week and counting (still never received) for a “refill” prescription I called in to be fulfilled. Each time I called to inquire about the status of the prescription I got a different representative who was more clueless and even more irritable than the last one I spoke too... yet always with a convenient excuse to relieve themselves of any personal responsibility for mishandling my order.
The real severity of the problem appeared when I found out I was randomly charged $30 for medication that I had not previously been charged for (and was not disclosed I would have to pay out of pocket for).
The problem does not stop there however as the medication GreenHill Pharmacy charged me $30 for was the wrong medication from what the doctor had prescribed (I had to call the doctors office to double check and confirm this).
When I contacted GreenHill and asked about the charge they seemed confused as they did not know the difference between the medication I was prescribed and the medication they decided to send me out. I found this to be extremely dangerous and irresponsible for a Pharmacy to get a medication wrong but they saw no problem with it.
One medication was a solution (which has the consistency of water) and the other was a lotion (which has the consistency of ketchup). Yet they seemed annoyed that I felt there was a problem with their failure to send out the right medication and that I should have been satisfied because “the ingredients were the same” (by their words).
These two medications are NOT the same and should NOT be substituted for the other as their application is entirely different. This is why the person that has the medical certifications to be titled as a “Doctor” sent in a request for this medication specifically and it should not have been tampered with by an employee with lesser medical experience and education because they might end up thinking “it’s the same thing” and therefore “interchangeable” when indeed it is not.
Secondly when I called GreenHill to order my prescriptions in the past they originally quoted me the wrong prices that lead me to believe my insurance covered a medication to which it actually did not. On two separate ordering occasions I was told there was no charge for a medication they had been providing until the 3rd occasion to which I called where I was informed there would be a charge for the medication.
When confronted GreenHill Pharmacy claimed that I had been paying for this medication all along when in fact every time that I had contacted them prior they quoted me the same price of $15.00 for the for the over the counter shampoo’s that my insurance was willing to cover at no charge to me.
Both OTC shampoo bottles they quoted me at $15.00 each and oddly the charge for the prescription medication was now all of a sudden $15.00 when I attempted to order the medication by itself for the first time.
On my first order to this company I had paid $30 for both OTC Shampoo’s recommended by my doctor but was not charged for the prescription medication.
On my second order (refill) to GreenHill I was quoted again that there would be no charge for my prescription medication but if I wanted to purchase the shampoo it would be $15.00 each so I only purchased one bottle (as that was all I needed to replenish).
On my third attempted order to GreenHill when I only attempted to purchase the prescription medication they informed me that I would have to pay $15.00 for the prescription medication but the shampoo is covered by my insurance.
I don’t know what sort of games this business plays to circumnavigate the insurance system but I do know that I am tired of their incompetence.
