I came with the family to whale watching, which, per reviews, is a must do, but I don’t get to see the full whale; only their air blows and the ones that kind of stick out for a quick peak. I did like the boat ride as the tides were high due to the weather, but not many people were having it as they were getting dizzy, but I didn’t mind.

Loved it!! Saw a few dolphins, and it was wonderful. They were jumping in and out of the water just having fun, just being so cute! The view from the boat is so serene and beautiful.

Had an awesome time, saw hundreds of dolphins, a juvenile gray whale, and a couple of fin whales. Totally worth it, will definitely do it again if we end up in Long Beach with time. Wish I come upload the video, we got the gray whale breaching. So cool to see.

Harbor Breeze has been transporting our high school Health Academy students for more than 10 years now. Every year, every cruise is adventurous, safe and just plain fun!

They scour the area to locate whales, and when there are none, they find sea lions, dolphins, or any biological or historical landmark to make for a great day on the water -- even when the whales are shy 🤭

We were blessed when hindreds of dolphins welcomed us to their world.

We decided to do the whale tour and spent most of the time listening to random facts and taking in the views. We could finally see two whales at different intervals for a few minutes and a group of sea lions. The boat was nice, and the crew was friendly. Please keep in mind that there are risks with these adventures as whales are unpredictable, and there is no guarantee they will show themselves. We were lucky we saw two.

2nd and 3rd January 2024

We booked online for the 2nd January, and we turned up on the day went you kiosk and got our tickets. Quick and easy. Board the boat took our seat ready to sea some marine life, A lovely friendly lady called Maggie? Approached us and told us some interesting facts about whales. Unfortunately, the wind picked up, and the captain decided it would be unsafe to continue the cruise. So we headed back to port a little down heartened.
As we disembarked, we were presented with 2 tickets to come back.

We booked on to the boat the very next day and
loved it!

The staff are amazing. Shout out to Zak.

We saw Grey Whales and pods of Pacific White Sided Dolphins and the odd Sealion.

Keep up the great work 👍

The whale watching experience offered by Harbor Breeze Cruises is definitely worth exploring if you love the ocean and its residents.

The cruise starts from Long Beach and is for approximately 2 hours or slightly more. The ship is nice and spacious with facilities to watch from inside or on the deck. Although there is no guarantee that one will be able to sight whales, I’ve been lucky on both instances when I took this trip. In addition there are lots of baby dolphins that swim along the ship.

The tour guides are friendly and very knowledgeable. The tickets are very reasonable and weekday rates are even lower when you book in advance.
It truly is remarkable- this Aquarium of the Pacific and not be missed.
