School food is not yummy, and the water have fly in mosquito

Alas, I find myself immersed in a profound sense of helplessness and despair when contemplating the state of affairs within the school: its facilities, curriculum, teaching staff, uniforms, and musical instruments. One would naturally assume that these aspects would be meticulously prepared well in advance of the commencement of classes. Yet, with a mere three months remaining until the school year draws to a close, the preparations remain woefully incomplete. Can such a state of affairs truly be considered reasonable? Is it even remotely acceptable? The school has seen fit to close off accessible facilities and deny students access to those that cannot be closed.
Regrettably, the individual in charge of the elementary division has displayed a distinct lack of dedication in resolving the issues that have plagued us since the beginning of the academic year. Reflection upon their own shortcomings appears to be a foreign concept. Instead, they merely count down the days until the semester's end, neglecting the tasks that should have been diligently undertaken prior to the start of the academic year.
Their lackadaisical approach to their responsibilities is accompanied by a ceaseless search for trivialities, all in the pursuit of personal recognition. It is no wonder the effortlessly transition between various positions each year, forever embarking upon new ventures. The ability to do so evokes both admiration and envy.
There is, however, one aspect that warrants acknowledgement: the in charge near-daily presence at the school, faithfully awaiting the return of the young pupils promptly at 7:30. Such a seemingly simple gesture is beyond the grasp of even the esteemed headmaster. Speaking of whom, I have yet to lay eyes upon the newly appointed headmaster, such is their elusive nature.
It is my belief that all parties involved understand the myriad challenges that beset a nascent educational institution. However, can we truly justify tolerating employees who contribute nothing but chaos and disorder, failing to fulfil their duties?
One might wonder why, amidst my plethora of concerns, I refrain from addressing them directly with the school, instead opting to express them publicly on Google Maps. In truth, I have indeed provided feedback to the school, whether in person, via telephone, or through electronic correspondence. Alas, my efforts have been met with indifference, as no one has deigned to respond in a meaningful manner. Even when I sought direct communication with the school, promising a return phone call, no such contact has materialised. Not even the courtesy of a perfunctory email response has been granted! It seems that when they require an immediate reply from you, it is expected without delay. Yet, when they are disinclined to address your concerns, not a word of acknowledgment is extended.
Oh, how I find myself trapped in a web of disillusionment and despondency, questioning the wisdom of selecting a supposedly exemplary institution for my children. Alas, its flaws have been laid bare for all to see.

We were set to send our kid to the new campus, even tough 40kRM per year is a big price tag. 2 days prior to registering her we got an email that the fees have changed from 20kRM per semester to 27.5kRM per semester.
A price increase of 37.5% within 1 year? New campus? What signal does that send to parents for the upcoming years?
We're back to the drawing board, trying to find a school that suits our child and has a proper track record of not fishing for registrations after opening a new campus just to hike prices after the first year astronomically.

The worst experience ever. It's impossible to get what the school promises.

I have yet to come across a single school that replaces teachers with teaching assistants, conducts classes without any teachers, or even dares to cancel classes just because there are no teachers available.
They had the audacity to cancel swimming lessons after making us wait for a whopping seven months, without bothering to provide any prior notification. It’s utterly unacceptable how they were completely unprepared for such a simple task.
To make matters worse, the person in charge of the primary school has spent seven whole months and still hasn’t bothered to learn how to use Google Forms, displaying an arrogant and negligent attitude.
When confronted, the administrative staff had the nerve to claim that they have compensated us for their incompetence. Their so-called “compensation” is nothing more than an early bird discount, completely falling short of any reasonable expectations for proper compensation.

An international school with a resort ambience within the city

Expensive and not worth the education considering you only learned 4 courses per semester, just personally think too expensive and every event you need to pay as if you didnt pay rm20k and above per sem
