This store is the paradise!! I found a great pair of booots!! A Lot of shiny stuff! I really loved it! Store staff were very friendly

the cashier JIMCISS ( on receipt) seemed mad and acted irritated when I returned something. She tossed my receipt back on the counter after she looked at it and rudely asked if I needed some after she just gave me my return receipt and didn’t explain how to get the store credit at all. I’ve always had the best service from the employees helping me shop but ole girl had an attitude from the jump

Mimi really came in clutch she immediately took action to help me she got so many outfits for me to try on an I found what I liked all thanks her. She truly is the definition of beyond great customer service

Literally was harassed and followed through the store by employees the entire time I shopped! Definitely giving hurry up and buy vibes. Will not be spending my money here

I love the ambiance at this store. However, the music selection is a tid bit raunchy and very provocative. I understand that some music is for the younger generation, bit keep in mind All young child(ren) don't or aren't allowed to listen to all of that type of language. The staff were very nice, no one hawked over my shoulders. I was treated with respect. Hopefully, we'll see you next year again when we're in town!💥✔️

Love the price and fancy dress clothes and anything… if you find somethi like a fashion show and crazy good stuff just go here… they put the price in every section and everything so you will get easily to pick without worrying… because people like me are need to see the price before take it🥲

Overall the store is great, but the return policy needs to change because it makes you not want to shop there because of the policy. I'm a frequent shopper there, I've never bought anything off of clearance until this past weekend. It was a day I was rushing and didn't have time to try on anything, but since the return policy changed back to you can exchange within 14 days I went home to try my stuff on and couldn't fit it. I tried to return it and was unaware of clearance items are final sale. I explained the situation and wasn't able to exchange my items. I am livid because I shop there so much. All the time people may not have time to try on an item, you may have your kids with you or simply on a break for lunch or whatever it may be. I believe that if a merchandise have tags attached and within the 14 day policy you should be able to exchange. Its already bad enough that you can't get your money back. I spend entirely too much money there to not have been able to return what I can't fit not to mention it was my FIRST time even buying a clearance item.
