They have a terrible return policy. My bracelet broke after 2 weeks and they would not exchange it or fix it because I did not have the original receipt.

Spoke with Kenwood store representative and she was so helpful. She patiently tried to resolve my on-line order issue then invited me to come in to look at different options in-store.

got here at 6:30 on the thursday before thanksgiving, closed. hours say til 8:00pm. drove all the way from Mason to come here specifically and literally turned around and drove home.

I am incredibly dissatisfied with your hiring staff. While my retail experience is a few years behind me, working in bridal and apparel, I wasn't even offered an interview. Not only was I denied an interview but my customer service experience of 16 years wasn't enough to warrant, at least, a phone call. It seems really unfortunate for your company to not have better standards in what a good employee could look like. Every job I've had, I've held for years and I have always been a remarkable employee. I strive for perfection and meet every goal set before me. I would no longer be interested in working for a company that has no interest in training and at least offering an opportunity to someone trying to make a career change. It truly is Swarovski's lost and from the staff you have in your stores, it seems like you could have really benefited from someone outside of your normal social constructs. I will not be recommending or shopping this company again.

Loosing their edge on jewelry . To depend on Amazon not a good idea, related to they use different stores . Great keeping bussiness in US , however quality will vary depending on store . Exp i would purchase a necklass that was .5carat . Best one ever . When I reordered the same , they sent the 1 size Karat instead . The larger a jewelry karate , the less sparkle .

The atmosphere in the store is so uninviting. I love the merchandise but I will no longer in it because it gives me anxiety just walking in the store. The employees are openly hostile towards each other and customers.

Very bad experience. Ladies were no help to my ring I had previously purchased. Talked over me and had an overall nasty attitude. Wouldn’t stop talking to each other instead of helping me. I am extremely disappointed.

Maria always does a great job helping me find the perfect gift for my self or loved ones even if she has to hunt down a specific piece at another store she always goes above and beyond what you would expect from typical retail sales people!
