I went in after making the wrong purchase at Menards and receiving very little help in finding what i needed. Rachel provided me with OUTSTANDING customer service, finding within minutes everything I came in for. I will be back! And I wouldn't mind spending a little bit more than the big box stores for the exceptional personal attention and assistance I received at ACE with Rachel!
Nice selection of stuff but a bit more expensive than big box stores.

Always clean, always well stocked. The only thing I can hold against them is the knowledge of the staff but I do appreciate them giving high school students jobs so it’s kind of a wash there….
DONT PURCHES gas operated becouse they dont honor the warranty and how funny is when the store manager speaks behalf of the manufacture tech !! i bought brand name item from here and works only for few minutes !!! it was an display item but i paid for brand new cost becouse i trust this store .went back the next day to the store and the store manager before even the tech take look at it, becouse he was on lunch from 11AM to 1.30 pm ) said oh looks like you didn't know how to operate it !! Reporting this to BBB and file sues to obtain my legal remedy
Been trading here for the last five years on a regular basis. Very helpful. Today I brought a can of paint purchased elsewhere a year ago unopened. I had hoped to have it shook. I asked the woman I will assume was the mgr as I was holding the paint in one hand and about thirty five dollars in new brushes in the other if the could shake the paint for me, new can unopened. I was told no. I left the brushedrove to the big box, had them shake the paint and left my 35 with them. I support small business but not this one any longer.
