I’ve been to this store multiple times and each time Christian and Jerome have been so helpful and attentive. They take the time to show me each bag and explain the history behind the designs and colors. I love them so much and wouldn’t dare shop anywhere but here! Yesterday I stopped by and saw the new fragrance. Christian took her time and explained all of the notes in the fragrance. I would recommend this store to anyone!!!

I always feel welcomed every time I visit the store. My guy Aaron always takes care of me💚. I’m pretty indecisive and he’s always patient, sweet and helpful. Aaron has been assisting me with all my purchases for a little under a year. I couldn’t ask for a better shopping experience. I love it here. Thank you ☺️

I’ve visited this location twice in the last month for different purchases.

My first experience was purchasing a stark backpack in visetos for my partner’s birthday. Christian helped me and was absolutely delightful and very helpful.

My second visit was yesterday (11/05/2022) and I believe it was Ronald (I didn’t actually get his name) that helped my partner and I. We purchased a Looney Toons x MCM hoodie and our sales ambassador was most helpful during the process.

I love the MCM brand, but even more I love the elevated customer service experience they consistently offer when visiting this boutique.

I can’t recommend them enough.

Amanda was an amazing sale person. My wife had to drop an item off down the hall for repair and I thought I’d drop in to 👀 what MCM was about. Since I’m in the market for a new bag. I was so impressed by how well she knew the products. Although I did it pull the trigger in the store I ended up buying one of the bags she showed me online. Not a fan of shopping malls but would go back to the North Park MCM 💯
