Muy buena atención, trajes de baño resistentes y con diseños bellos

Pues la verdad la señorita que nos atendió muy linda, super atenta, ofreciéndome de todo de bikinis hasta ropa así de playa. Realmente me encantó las prendas pero el problema es el precio (para mí) son muy lindas, buena calidad entonces de cierta manera vale la pena (pero pues cada quien si quiere pagar ese precio por esa excelente calidad) yo compré 5 prendas en total por casi 5,000 pesos aún con descuento -aclaro tenían todos descuento algunas de 50% y otras de 30%- pero pues tuve una sesión de fotos con mi mamá y valió la pena.

This brand and shop do not respect Mexican consumers rights. I would give it less than one star. The lady at the shop showing me different bathing suits that were apparently discounted. She said that one specific model was 350 pesos. I was feeling a bit unwell as I was under strong medication and paid without realizing at the moment what she truly charged me. The day after I realized I got charged 3500 pesos (162 dollars). I went to return the item as that was not the price she told me. The item was untouched and unworn but they refused to refund me. I spoke with the manager and she was not helpful. The Mexican consumer rights state that we have the right to return an item within 15 days of the purchase. This shop violates consumers rights stay far from this shop and this brand that hires people that literally lie and take advantage of a sick medicated person. The supervisor basically told me I could make a claim to consumers office if I wanted to but she was still not giving me a refund and accepting a return. Simply unacceptable. I’m going to make an official claim to the authorities.
