Cocochan Dolmen Mall

We went to try the Wok Specials. It was really delicious plus some excellent discounts on selected credit cards. The food was tasty and filling. Service was slow, even though we went at 12.30 pm - before lunch rush on a weekday.

Overall quality is good, the only complaint about the hygiene. On today visit, i found small cockroach on the chair. I suppose restaurant mist care about their hygiene standards.

The salmon platter was good and fresh. Tom yum noodle soup was also good.

Its situated on 2nd floor of Dolmen Mall opposite the food court. Its spacious with cool ambiance. Though i m not a big fan of their sofa arrangements on the sides. Servers were sincere and hard working. Went there primarily for Sushi. Tried their 30 piece sushi platter and beef teppanyaki wok. Sushi platter was nice. Both sashimi and nigiri were awesome with 10/10. Maki rolls though were not as delicious but still pretty good so 7/10. Overall, i will give sushi platter a 8/10. It was fresh and delicious with reasonablly good presentation. 30 piece sushi costed Rs. 5,440/- which is acceptable price considering competition.
The beef teppanyaki wok though was a disaster. Beef was hard and devoid of any gravy/ sauce and they served it with sushi rice instead of normal rice so they were sticking everywhere. Upon inquiry, they said that gas in Dolmen Mall stops after 10 pm so they couldn't cook a batch of normal rice. Instead they gave us sushi rice since they were available. It was a weird reason to give in a commercial restaurant but at the price of just Rs. 990/-, i didn't make too much of a fuss about it. But it was truly terrible. I couldn't even finish it. And chewing that beef was a work out for the jaw.

Food and ambiance were very nice. Portion sizes were great for the price. We had leftovers and brought it home. Really nice variety of food.

The most consistent Pan-Asian restaurant in the business as of now. I have been there several times and each time my experience was better than the previous one. Their chicken with assorted vegetables is my go-to order and their pina colada is truly refreshing.

We went to Cocochain restaurant in dolman mall. Food was really yummy n taste was exquisite. We wanted to order sushi 🍣 but couldn’t do due to some reasons. But the other dishes, we ordered were all awesome n finger licking yummlicious. Really enjoyed the ambience n cozy, comfortable atmosphere. Staff was really hospitable. Best thing was that refill of fried rice was free 😁😜. Really enjoyed my visit. Highly recommended
