At first I was really happy I got my taxes done but later I realized they left some questions blank and I had to call them hours and hours until I get a response ,they told me to come the next day to sign some papers but the person who did my taxes was mean and didn’t wanna help me plus I had to pay extra money even though I wasn’t at fault I feel like they don’t do their work right and I feel robbed I learned a valuable lesson today

estoy muy insatisfecho por el servicio, eh tenido mucho tiempo llamando para que me resuelvan el incomeniente que tengo y no me dan solucion, sin embargo lo primero que exigen es el pago de sus ¨ servicios ¨ lo unico que me dicen es, toma nota de este numero y llama. por favor me cobraron por darme su servicio y no concluyen con el mismo
