This play space /garden is run by volunteers and it isn't beautiful or quite clean all the time, but it's the perfect place for my kiddos to play and easiest to get to from our apt. I try to help out when I'm there by straightening up, weeding, sweeping the rocks back to their place, dumping standing water so mosquitoes don't grow in it.
A SIGNIFICANT PART OF MY CHILDHOOD WAS SPENT PLAYING IN THIS PARK. LOTS OF COMPETITIVE JUICES VOT SQUEEZED OUT OF ME. MY LIFE AND CAREER CHOICES WERE INFLUENCED,IN PART,BY MY EXPERIENCES(PLAYING SPORTS)IN THIS PARK AND THE SURROUNDING NEIGHBORHOOD. IHAVE MORE TO SHARE ABOUT THIS TOPIC AT A FUTURE DATE.
