I was excited to try this place after seeing it the previous day and it did not disappoint. The owner and staff were very friendly and the vegetarian brunch plate and coffee I got were delicious. When the owner asked where I was from, it turned out we grew up in the same town in the US! Nice to see someone from there running a successful business in Paris.

First breakfast in Paris was in this bakery. Great taste and the best eggs I had. Service was very fast and friendly servers.

Went for brunch. Got there on a Saturday just before the crowd. My kids and I had three different things and sides too. Everything was FABULOUS!

My friend and I just went here today for breakfast and she now has food poisoning and is sick in our hotel! The drinks were fine but the food was ugly looking and tasted horrible. I couldn't finish it. Do not go here!

Very disappointing and over priced. Small portions.
I was originally encouraged as it seemed like a cool place. And it is.
However both the food and drink was not worth my time and highly priced. I ordered the southern platter upon recommendation. The food was cold.
Another warmer plate came in its place. There was a small salad with a very strong sour salad dressing with mustard seeds, two very small pieces of breaded chicken (this was pretty tasty), and a small skillet of pulled pork which was overcooked and over vinegared. Biscuits both times were cold and no butter!!!! Potatoes were tasteless At least they were not salty so I could feed them to my dog.
The lime cooler I ordered barely tasted of lime. I could have saved myself 8 euros not ordering a drink. Heck I could have saved myself 30 euros.
Service was nice but rushed.
Perhaps I ordered the wrong thing but the platter was a combination of two menu items which should be representative of its quality—or lack thereof—at least in my opinion.

I almost never write bad reviews, but today’s experience at Treize was so exceptionally poor that I’m inspired to change my ways.

My partner ordered a breakfast that came with a green side salad. After a few minutes we noticed a live snail had come out of the salad and was gliding along the plate.

We didn’t want to make a big deal out of this as these things happen, but when we politely alerted the host, she was not at all apologetic, simply noting that the salad was “fresh”. She took the plate away, promising to remove the snail and bring back the meal on a clean plate.

About 10 minutes later, we still hadn’t received the plate back. Naively, we thought that perhaps this was reflecting the time needed to made a fresh meal/salad. Finally plate came back, but this time with no salad at all and the rest of the meal simply reheated.

We were charged full price for this plate, even though we ate no salad, and were served a live snail.

I’ve previously enjoyed this restaurant and recommended it to others. However, the lasting impression I now have is that the service is unapologetically poor, and that they don’t wash their salad.

The Walker biscuit is divine. Warm, crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Love the filling too. Good place to sit in for an afternoon. Coffee is average.
