Pork Chops BBQ Flemington

Excellent barbecue chicken, pork, salmon, beef and other specialties. The meat and sides are generous servings. Different sauces allow you to tune the meal to your palate.

I used to love this place now I get 4 pieces of rib for $40 apparently that’s just how it is. Good luck on your future endeavors….

Love the food here. It's Portuguese BBQ style, versus the horrible slathered on sauce BBQ. But what makes this one special is they have fantastic sautéed veggies. Most BBQ joints only offer "have another heart attack" sides. It's great to get BBQ and a healthy side, so you can come more often. Corn Beard is great. Plantains are great. Rice is pretty good. Wish they would do a beans & rice. Service is always friendly.

First time there today, did a take out on ribs, rice and vegetables. I literally have no words to describe the incredible food and flavor. The food took me back to when I lived with my grandma. Just homemade served with LOVE. We won’t even talk about the portions. The people were extremely friendly and the young lady at the frt counter is extremely kind. Just an overall amazing experience. Don’t go by negative reviews just experience it for yourself. Trust me , you won’t be disappointed.

Portuguese BBQ is a favorite of mine. Pork Chops is pretty good, portuguese bbq with some southern BBQ menu items thrown in. A brisk take out business keeps the food fresh. Our pork ribs were good, Cole slaw, Veggie sides were just okay. French fries got rave reviews. The pulled pork sandwich looked amazing. The people at the counter were nice and efficient, I'll go back when I'm in the area.

Crazyyyy! $4.50 for 5 singles plantains .. do not get the side of plantains. The rest of the food was good.

8/1/23 - My wife and I have driven past Pork Chops BBQ many times when driving around Flemington. Tonight, we decided to stop and have dinner and we were so glad that we did. We ordered the Picadinho (with pork and shrimp) and Pork Skewers to share. Both were fantastic. The Pork Skewers were prepared with a slightly sweet marinade. The Picadinho was very flavorful and the portion size was huge. The staff was friendly and was very helpful since we were unfamiliar with this cuisine. There is ample off-street parking. We will be back!
