La Diperie Bay Street

Horrible! I have a nut allergy and the staff seemed to know nothing about what a nut allergy was. I had let her know about my allergy and the worker just brushed it off and told me I would be fine. I had asked her to use a different scooper to prevent cross contamination with other flavors containing nuts, and she had no concern and just scooped with the same one anyways. I later had an allergic reaction, big surprise! Not to mention when I arrived the only staff worker on shift was outside of store vaping and on her phone. She was oblivious to the fact that I was waiting outside with her not even knowing she was a worker there, I had thought that the place was closed before she quickly realized I was a customer and walked back inside to serve me. DO NOT GO HERE.

Relatively small on the waffle cone. Dip is super thin. Tasty over all but can be better

Someone else that was with me already left a review but it would be a crime not to myself. Amazing quality ice cream with amazing quality service. The lady at the counter was super kind and patient, service was fast, and the ice cream was absolutely spectacular. I would highly recommend to anyone who has not tried it before

Horrible they gave me and my family 1/4 inch stir sticks because they said they ran out of spoons and my razzel was half full of whip cream I am a big fan of la diperie, but I will never return to this location again

Good this about this place is they are open until late. Average ice creams not too fancy

Basically this place is a crowded hole in the wall. They've got shakes and sundaes, but it seems their specialty is soft serve with sauce shells and whatever toppings you want (almost). Seriously awesome customer service.

I'm from the Detroit area. Customer service isn't horrible at home, but in Toronto it's a whole new level. Kindnesses abound. And still the ladies working there tonight were a cut above.

The ice cream is rich, sweet, and not cloying. Totally worth checking out.

Overwhelming with options but it was delicious. Staff was really awesome, took their time to explain and help our party through the endless possibilities. Ultimate everything was delicious and the staff was great.

Easily one of the best ice cream places we’ve ever visited. Friendly staff who are willing to help every step of the way - when we went for the first time, she offered to let one of us try two of the flavours without any extra charge. On top of it all, highly delicious.
