The Divine Cake Houston

I live in Europe and my boyfriend lives in Houston. I wanted to surprise him for his birthday and send him a cake. I found Divine cake on the internet and ordered it. I was skeptical because I have never made anything like this, but Divine cake did a good job. They made the cake just the way I want it, with the text and everything... the delivery time, the communication... everything was very professional, and the cake was very tasty. I will order again 😊

It was my first time today.
I had a party of 30 people and I never ordered before from this place.
I was very skeptical because the price is not cheap. So I was expecting a really good quality cake.

Awful ugly cake decorations. Could have probably gotten better at a friggin Fiesta TBH. When I pay a certain amount of money for a custom-made cake, I expect it to be up to a certain standard. I provided sample pictures of what I wanted the cake to look like and I got the "Wish" version of it. The heart cake is what i requested, same decorations minus the cake. The right is what we got. I also requested strawberries, and she didn't even add them, which is a shame because maybe it could have saved this atrocity of a cake.
The business does not answer their phone, so I can't even discuss with her what the problem is or how to resolve. BAD BUSINESS.

I just got my husband this cake for his birthday and he LOVED it. It's the perfect combo of sweet and light. I normally scrape icing off of cakes but the divine cake is light and the perfect amount of sweet mixed with the fresh strawberry added filling. I also love the fact that it's a family-owned home business. Pick up outside the apartment complex was also easy & quick. Would 100% recommend and order again.

Impressive overseas cake order experience!
I live in Taiwan and wanted to order a surprise cake for my daughter in Houston. Marat+Aya provided a very thoughtful service; I wanted to order a dog-themed cake for my daughter because she likes dogs. However due to time limitations they weren’t able to make the cake for me. Alternatively, they took the initiative and prepared a lovely dog-themed birthday card with handwritten blessings. My daughter and family said they’ve only seen such beautifully decorated cakes at weddings. From how they described it, it has many layers and tasted heavenly! Even though I could only see it through video call, I felt like I could almost taste the magic and the happiness with the whole family. ~ Ivy Lin

Such a unique and delicious cake! It was our first time trying The Divine Cake & we were so happy with our choice! Aya was very patient in guiding us through design and the cake was beautifully presented. Note - The cake is not overly sweet and the fresh fruit adds natural sweetness. Highly recommend & will be purchasing cakes from here again.
