Orkideh Restaurant

We usually order Shishlik or Chenje which is very good in this branch, this time we ordered Baghali polo & Gardan, it was well cooked but the taste was not as Motel Que branch as they said they use the least garlic in thier food as their most customers in this branch are the clerks.Any way I won’t eat this food again here. The food was not warm as expected.
But the portion of the rice was almost double than Motel Que.
They usually have live piano which is one of our main reasons to go;)
The atmosphere is good but usually crowded.
They have warm welcome and they serve fresh bread and yogurt + garlic free of charge. There is a private parking but the entrance is in the other side. The staff are polite and helpful, the prices are high btw.

The food was absolutely great. We ordered the biggest tray on the menu which had all types of kebabs, chicken, and side dishes. Every single one of them tasted great. Big salon, and free parking. They have all kinds of traditional Persian tea, damnoosh, drinks, etc. Will definitely try them again 👍👍

this restaurant has two branches other one is on the Chaloos road. the quality of food is better in this branch. but the Chaloos branch location is much more pleasant. their service is normal I didn't see any awful reaction. to sum up I give them average score.

A family style restaurant that seems more like to a fine dining.
Everything is really perfect there, the decoration, atmosphere, quality of ingredients, services and the way personals interact with customers.
It was my first time feeling satisficed with paying the service fee, they really deserve that.
I just ordered Kebab, Roast Chicken and fizzy drinks but I was provided with free-of-charge water, yoghurt, pickled vegetables and bread.
Everything is the best but the prices.
I payed about 370,000 T for the mentioned meals (Feb 2021).

Third time at this restaurant. Have tried most grilled food that they have to offer and everything tastes amazing. The lamb chops and the sour fesenjan chicken are the best in my opinion. Will keep returning as their food is outstanding. The service can be a bit better but overall they have some of the best persian food I've tasted in Tehran.

This was our second time here after the first time being a 5-star taste-wise and maybe a 3 for service. This second time the taste and presentation was way different and much disappointing, even the quantity seemed less.

And along with inconsistent taste came inconsistent service... servers barely attended our table, cleaners kept eyeing us and doing the floor next to our table, almost as a way of telling us to go away! flies were all around the place.
And the worst was the strong bleach odour coming from them having cleaned the floor right next to us! Which made the whole experience even worse!

Taste-wise:
Zeresh polo with chicken -7/10
Baghali polo with lamb neck -4/10 -mediocre
Banana waffle -8/10

Big space, good food, expensive prices. The restaurant has lots of tables, therefore is a good place for crowds and families. However you should consider that they provide high quality food for a high price. I ordered Chicken Kebab which was well cooked and very delicious. About their service, it's good but not excellent and for place in this level, they should be more careful about that.

Regarding the cost of service and meal,it's an ordinary place to go.Food us good but forks and spoons are not clean(there was a gum on the back of my spoon) and the rest room smell ,besides it ran out of tissues.I enjoyed live music.They have a parking lot.You can call waiters with a buzzer at your table and they respond fast.
