My wife bought an Akubra hat from this store and the service was fantastic. They pulled down various styles and sizes and provided good advice on size to allow for shrinking.

Seen a lot of negative stuff on Google about the place decided to come have a look and see for my self had a lady help me out try on a few shirts and pants got me the right fit and one I wanted over all great store experience will be shopping here again

Absolutely terrible ‘service’ from a very unhelpful and rude woman who definitely needs to attend a customer service training course. I wanted to buy two pairs of R.M Williams boots, some shirts and a gift for my father but ended up walking out... definitely won’t be walking back in!
