Been getting white castles couple times a year at the Shelbyville KY store since it opened and I have always enjoyed them until this time they was so dry today I don't know what you are doing different but go back to the old way of fixing them.
Ordered food through the drive-thru and received most of my order, MINUS my 12 piece chicken rings. Really looking forward to eating those too, but I did not receive them. I paid cash and didn't get a receipt at the window, but was asked if I wanted one. Also I drove off without checking my order, so two things I probably should have done, but didn't. Now I'm out $4 and more preferably my chicken rings. It'll be a while before I go back to this White Castle. The rest of my order was fresh and tasted good though, so that's something.
White Castle was our staple fast food restaurant since childhood and can easily say not all are the same.
This location had the BEST burgers I've ever had at a White Castle. Whatever you're doing here, keep it up. Even the fries! I normally detest the fries, but we got the 10 cheeseburger, 20 chicken ring, and large fry meal. They were hot, crisp without being too soft or too crunchy, and the perfect amount of salt.

I'm only reading White castles as a high stars because they treat their employees pretty good and I support that Plus I've been eating sliders since I was a kid and they're probably going to give me a heart attack and that's okay. Worth it, until I'm having a heart attack then not worth it...
The food is consistently hot and amazing at this location I love it!!
I got chicken rings from here one day and it tasted like they had a completely different batter because they were that good! Mozz sticks as well, actually!

I ordered 20 mozzarella sticks with marinara and all I got was 2 mozzarella sticks with no sauce. When I called to inform them of the issue the employee simply said "are you done yet." This is not a reputable establishment spend your money elsewhere
I’ve never left a food establishment this frustrated.
Be prepared for long wait times, incorrect orders and employee error. 20+ minutes wait time. Missing food. Employees being stubborn about a soda- should have just offered to ring one up instead of only saying no when we requested our soda that was supposed to come with the combo. To management, employees should be reading back the order.
Mega thumbs down.
