Such a beautiful place to connect with nature🥰 Very quiet & peaceful with miles of hiking trails & some very pretty lakes/ponds. There's plenty to do here as well, inc hiking, horseback riding, fishing, & other fun outdoor types of activities. Highly recommended for a fun, relaxing day away from it all😎🙌
Love, love, love this place. Lots of parking, play grounds, trails, and trees. Picnic tables and grills are located all around the park. There is a train, horses, and bathrooms. I've been going to this park since I was a child, and I took my children there for almost all birthday parties in nice weather for my kids under 10. You can fish at mallard lake or swim in the pool during the summer. They also have clean bathrooms and water fountains
Awesome park to enjoy a quiet walk or short hike. All kinds of horses. Riding is available too. It is well kept up. Quiet and peaceful, good place to bring your dog. Inexpensive season/yearly pass.
We love Tanglewood! We have the annual pass and its perfect for us so we can go often. The playground for kids is nice and my older son likes running around in the field when you first come in the main entrance. It's a great place to go on a walk too.
Great hosts and Campground. We loved the paved trails and gardens.
Very nice park. Costs $2 per vehicle to get in but it's well worth. Well maintained with lots to do.
This has to be one of the nicest parks I've ever been to. So many things to do! We just used the trails for a 3 mile walk, but there was so much going on. Families were at the picnic shelters, the pool looked fun and kids were using the playground. It was nice to see the horses, too. Even though it was a Saturday late morning, it still didn't seem crowded.
