2nd time visit, finally can enjoy the swim there,

All the food is fried in oil - no steamed food - no baked food.

It's okay, but it is very difficult to find a public pool in Vietnam that will allow me to wear a t-shirt while swimming. I have very fair skin and I am very sensitive to the sun, especially on cloudy days and I am allergic to all sunscreen. The Vietnamese don't want to understand any of this. What's the difference between a woman wearing a one piece bathing suit and a man wearing a bathing suit and t-shirt - NONE.
