Ordered a muffin on the app, which said that they’ll call my name. I was constantly checking the counter and looking in that direction. A few moments later, I ask them and the lady at the counter unapologetically says that they just put it aside, because they didn’t know if I was there.
Didn’t call my name, order number or anything that would let me know the order was ready. Poor customer service. McDonald’s is just across the street.

Food and drinks are fine but the drive through is sooooooo slow! It took me 30 min Saturday lunch to get a coffee and a donut
I'm usually not one to ever make reviews and it takes a lot for me to even go out of my way like this, but this was the bacon in my wrap last week. Over the past few years I have found that many Tim Hortons do not train their staff properly and the quality and food is just terrible now. The food is not cheap like it was and a waste of money when you get this. This needs to change. -_-
In the evening I made an order of donuts, one of the donut was so dry and hard, we gave it back and ask for different donut instead they just microwaved it with no gloves on and gave it back to us, and still it was not edible. We were quite upset about service.
I'm genuinely tired of the Indians working in our service industry and dropping the Canadian standard.
I asked for a small coffee 2 cream and 2 honey, but 1 of the honeys on the side ( I'll add it myself). There is no charge for honey, but as soon as I took 1 on the side, I got charged for it. The employees working there made up some charges to charge me for it... this is some poor scam practice. It is a matter of principle, and this is unacceptable! There is literally NO CHARGE for honey in the system... and these Indians decided to charge me for it. I will be escalating this!

Sometimes it depends which location you go to, but overall you are going to get very consistent coffee and quick service. Can't go wrong with the farmers wrap.
Waited almost 5 minutes at the counter and sadly I was the only one in line and no others behind me. I was seen by the 5 employees working drive-thru yet was not even acknowledged. And when I finally did get service the gentleman was super friendly but didn't even make my coffee right. So I can honestly say it wasn't worth the wait.
