There are two great restaurants in this plaza, the Pho Saigon (Vietnamese style) and Siu Lap City (Chinese style). The parking on the ground is always tight, especially during lunch hours. They do have the parking on the 2nd floor (the roof) and two stairs to go up and down.

The reason I visited this small shopping center is because of the Cafe #13 restaurant. The sign on the front exterior wall of the business says Cafe #13 Sandwiches and Drinks. Mony's Pizza is co-located in this restaurant. They serve some of the best New York Style pizza area. It's in a convenient location on Milam street, a major Midtown southbound thoroughfare.

First and the foremost, the price ratio excellent. The food is quite authentic, and the service is quite good in East Asian standards. As required by the East Asian manners and etiquette, the servers maintain distance from the customers to the point of avoiding eye contact. Do not misinterpret that as lack of service. That is quite polite and respectful.

Inexpensive nice haircuts and styling. If you need highlights, do not let yourself get squeezed in between appointments! They are nicely accommodating for sure but certainly need more attention for that. I've seen many go there too. It is a good cut for a good price, after all!
