j’aime bien cette marque et ses produits. cependant le mauvais traitement de certains vendeurs est à vomir. une jeune femme est très gentil et agréable. cependant les hommes de cette boutique ne s’intéressent qu’au client touristes asiatiques. comme si les autres ne pouvaient pas acheter et même par courtoisie dire un bonjour c’est compliqué vous êtes vraiment degeulasse. ils parlent sur toi devant toi en disant « ah c’est pour elle. elle parle français ? c elle qui va acheter ça » mais vous êtes vendeur ou dès chiens ? faut m’expliquer la vérité c’est trop vous nous donner pas envie de rentrer dans votre magasin alors que les articles sont très bien

My shopping experience was enjoyable, but more than that... the level of service & responsiveness to a problem I had with a bag purchased was IMMACULATE, handled in the most professional way, giving me a solution that is nothing less than 100% customer oriented!!! shouted on us that she has two other custmer i did not know whats her problem

its not good to shout on us sheim on tory burch to have such workers

And when i read most of the comments the same bad treat was only with arabs from the arbian gulf realy bad

Tory Burch staff in La Vallée Village is so helpful and excellent customer service.
I was there with my friend and we both bought the bag and later realised we had a wrong bag. Tory Burch manager was prompt to respond on query on the phone and was very flexible in exchanging the bags specially we only had less than few hours before we had to leave Paris.
Cedric was so helpful and prompt and Lea shop assistant was amazing and served us with big smile even after we asked her to bring 10 different pair of shoes.
One more reason to love Tory Burch even more…outstanding customer service.
