Delayed and canceled flight to Texas but finally hor home. My cousin was offered a Hotel for the night but no food comp.

Love United. Great team of Gate Agents flight attendants and pilots. Today there were delays and they communicated effectively and planes are always clean.

I'm very disappointed with this airline
My flight was delayed 4 times, then cancled!
Then they wanted to give me a trip that went to Washington 11pm , stay night in the airport, and catch flight at 530 pm that evening next day to Denver when I paid for a round trip ticket

They treated my 17 year old daughter very well and helped her to make sure she went through security and got to her gate safely, even tho they didn't really have too. Thank you

Luggage was lost and they located and had to us in under 2 hours. Fantastic help and food vouchers to use while we waited.

Friendly and Efficient flight with United Airlines to D.C. However if your flying United, American, Or Spirit out of MCO, beware that food options in this Terminal (B) are quite sparse and expensive.

OK service, in First Class, Polaris Business, Premium Plus and in Economy.
Economy Plus seats are good. Anything’s better than the ULC(ultra low cost) airlines.
Delays are horrendous, United really needs to learn something from Delta.
Service really needs to improve. In all but one of my flights, employees have been rude and not living up to the standard. Polaris (United’s business/first class product for long-haul flights) is remarkable, although, again, service was probably more like a 7/10 - between “COVID”-related cost-cutting/cutbacks and service issues in general.
Network is phenomenal - you can go anywhere from the US to France/ to India /to Korea! Hope the network stays as great and all-encompassing as it already is.
