Such an incompetent embassy. I submitted my visa application form on 19th April. Complete silence from their side. They don’t bother to email you back or attend any calls. I visited the embassy twice personally to get an update, yet they were unhelpful. I was supposed to travel on 12th August. My flight tickets were confirmed. Not only did I lose the Visa application amount (Rs. 5000+), but also flight cancellation charges (10k). I’m beginning to think a previous review of the employees taking bribes and being corrupted might be true. Mind you, my visit was supposed to be for ONLY A WEEK. I submitted an invitation letter, attested by Serbian authorities as well. Never had such an unpleasant experience with any other country’s visa. Disgusting!

Serbia and Croatia embassy are the worst at doing their jobs. They do not not reply to the email for days , even after filling application form for D-visa and making payment and following the procedure they refuse to acknowledge the payment and the status of the application remain only recorded and no processing of visa for weeks. And for some Visa application they get email of processing the next day after filling form , don't know how they prioritize which application to process first , My guess is some applicants give alcohol or money to the staff and some some gift I-phones to get their work done. Corrupt embassy. Also visa is rejected if no bribe given and no explanation is given whatsover.

They do not respond to any of the emails after sending the documents whether our visa is processing/ rejected. We don’t even get the confirmation that they have received the documents from us or there is some problem with the application. So that we can correct it and send it again. Absolutely no help whatsoever after sending multiple emails. I even corrected my own application that there was a mistake and sent them the documents. I don’t even know if they have received my documents. It is so frustrating. Just like any other govt office in India. The numbers they gave doesn’t even work. Serbia is beautiful country and I was so looking forward to it. As there is only few countries Indians have to access to visit without so much documentation. I had so much hopes with Serbian embassy. 😢Guess I am not fortune enough to go to Serbia. So disappointed.

Not answering calls and not responding to emails. Extremely slow in service. Highly disappointing

The Staff of the Serbian embassy were good and highly appreciated in the guidance of the visa process.
