She provided high quality attention and displayed outstanding knowledge of items and prices in the store that I walked out with a lot of items that I had no intention to get. Beware of Misleading Sales Tactics
My experience with Furniture Hub has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. From misleading sales tactics to untruthfulness and bribery, this establishment has left me deeply dissatisfied and disillusioned.
First and foremost, the misleading sales tactics employed by Furniture Hub are appalling. My wife and I were lured in by promises of quality furniture and exceptional customer service, only to be met with disappointment at every turn. What was advertised as a seamless purchasing process quickly turned into a nightmare of delays, excuses, and broken promises.
One of the most egregious instances of dishonesty occurred when Furniture Hub attempted to cover their own tracks by pressuring my wife to remove a previously posted review. This blatant attempt to manipulate the narrative speaks volumes about the integrity of this establishment and their disregard for honest feedback from their customers.
Furthermore, the lack of clear communication regarding the status of our furniture order was deeply frustrating. Despite multiple assurances that our table top would be delivered promptly, we were left waiting for over two months without any updates or explanations. To add insult to injury, we were still expected to pay for the furniture despite the significant delay and lack of transparency.
The fact that Furniture Hub repeatedly lied to me and my wife about the details of our furniture order is deplorable and unacceptable. Trust is the foundation of any business relationship, and the blatant disregard for honesty and integrity displayed by Furniture Hub has shattered any semblance of trust we may have had in their establishment.

BEWARE!!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!! SCAM ALERT!!!!
This is by far the worst furniture store on the planet. The Tall guy seemed nice in the beginning however, he is a SCAMMER. Once your stuff is ordered through the warehouse and you have been waiting for over a month. He has nothing to say!! He is very unprofessional. We are paying for furniture that we do not have all the pieces to. We waited a month the first time. Then the end table came broken. We waited another month and here we are again with no end table that was supposed to come on today 4/12/2024. He stated he will call the warehouse on Wednesday!! Like WHAT?!? why would I have to wait that long for furniture.? If I could give this place no stars I would definitely give it zero stars. Please do not shop here if you do not want to be taken advantage of. I will also report them to the Better Business Bureau on Monday. I am a hard working government employee and to pay for items I do not have is INSANE! He called me 4/17/24 and told me the table did not come in and he would give me a table that was on the sales floor. I stated ok and told him we will pick it up Friday. He also bribed me to take down my review and he would give me a gift from the store. How ethical is that? I WILL NOT!!!! We get the table take it home just for it to be the wrong table smh! We called him back and told him the tables did not match he stated the table is Marble and it is cut different. Smh! YOU MUST THINK WE ARE STUPID!! At this point I was just like ok whatever!
