Absolutely terrible service. We were seated outside and the manager was throwing chairs, aggressively moving tables around, and cursing under his breath at patrons. Our drinks weren’t made as ordered and the bartender took it upon herself to come out and let us know that she did make the drink correctly and simply put it in a different glass. Our poor waitress was new and she was nice. The manager and bartender were both extremely rude and we won’t be going back.

"Five stars all the way! Tavern at the Point on Mass Ave is an absolute gem in Indy. From the moment you step in, you're greeted with warmth and charm. The ambiance is delightful, but what truly sets this place apart is the exceptional service, especially from the best bartender in Indy, Brittney! Her skills behind the bar are unmatched, and she crafts the most delicious cocktails with a smile. The food? Oh, it's phenomenal! Each dish is a culinary masterpiece, perfectly complementing the extensive drink menu. And being part of the Cunningham Group, known for their consistently stellar establishments, it's no surprise that Tavern at the Point delivers a five-star experience every time. A must-visit for anyone looking for great food, drinks, and atmosphere in Indianapolis!"

Burger and fries were phenomenal. Honestly, I didn't like the special sauce when I just tasted a dab, but on the burger, it was AMAZING. Sister loved her hot chicken sandwich. Her eyes were definitely watering! View and atmosphere make you feel like you're in the heart of the city. Walking distance to some cute shops and desert places. The only thing we didn't like was the water, which tasted very funny. Would definitely go back!

It was a little smaller than expected when we arrived, but it was on Massachusetts Avenue, which is understandable. We were a little skeptical, but once we received our appetizers, the cauliflower wings we realize that the food makes up for the lack of space. I ordered the big Fontana burger with pimento mac & cheese my partner ordered the turkey club with slaw and we also ordered a peanut butter and jelly kids meal for our daughter. Everything was very delicious. My partner said that was the best club sandwich he’d ever had. Our server was Kate and she was great no debate🤣 seriously, though she took great care of us was very attentive on refills and helpful when there was a giant mess with the sticky jelly. I would definitely recommend this as a lunch place. I wouldn’t however recommend bringing kids next time. It seems to be more of a drinking and hang out atmosphere. But definitely somewhere I would come back to without the kids.

Went during the afternoon on a weekday and the place was virtually empty. The inside is very clean and the atmosphere is very nice. The service wasn’t incredible but wasn’t horrible - food came out quick and we got checked on regularly. The food was the selling point, we got the cheese curds, burger, chicken sandwich, and the chili cheese fries. Everything but the chili cheese fries was a 10/10, the chili cheese fries were just ok.

Went here to grab a quick bite! The place was quite empty and could easily get a seat.

Food: Ordered nachos and open faced quesadillas. The nachos barely had any salsa or cheese and wasn’t great. We told the server but she’s like this is what it is! 🤷‍♀️. The quesadillas were decent and maybe the best part of everything was the mac and cheese on the side! The overall food was ok and wouldn’t want to come back!

Service: We were seated in the corner despite the restaurant being quite empty and the lighting was quite harsh and in the eye. The server despite mentioning that nachos barely has anything didn’t do anything and left.

Atmosphere: Didn’t like the overall vibe and atmosphere. Harsh lights and the vibe was decent.

Had some amazing food and beers. Pimento Mac and cheese was amazing, and the Reuben was to die for. Fries were also insanely crispy. Had a couple small sections of tough meat with the chicken tenders and pork tenderloin, but most of them were super tender. Best part about it was receiving great service while they only had one person working the bar and she had to wait tables. She was an all star
