Ride a real train maintenance car. Great model train setups. Lots of great history. And the volunteers can NOT be beat. Very family friendly. It's free but please make a donation. Only open on Sats.

Great time!

Went with the family and had a really good time. Everyone volunteering is super nice and truly lives telling the history. Train ride was short but my daughter absolutely loved it. Great little museum. Highly recommend, hope it stays around.

We loved this!! This was so fun and really quick to do on a Saturday morning. The museum is free but they do take donations to cover fuel for the train ride. The train runs every 40 minutes about four times on Saturday morning. The open train ride is about 30 minutes. It is a bumpy ride as the rails are nailed. You can walk inside three train cars which are full of museum exhibits.

It was great! Everyone there is a volunteer and they make you feel welcome. The train ride was nice. Good place to grab some photos or videos of trees and the sky. Pay for the year, your family will enjoy it and offer a donation! That's how they keep operations going.

Had a wonderful morning here with my 3 years old son who is madly in love with trains. We got to ride in the Little Yellow Train which runs for a good amount of time and it crosses the road which was pretty cool for my little one. The conductor and helpers were very nice and informative. They have all sorts of toy trains even Thomas and friends. We absolutely had fun and will be returning.

We had a great time. All the volunteers were helpful and friendly. They each were enthusiastic about discussing the museum. The train ride is fun and scenic. We sat by the engine and enjoyed hearing the motor.
