We have made it our mission to eat at as many Warungs as we could while being in Ubud and Made Becik was a stand out.
Friendly service, with a patient waitress kind enough to help correct my poor pronunciation attempts, and a warm smile from the young woman who served our drinks.
We ordered a bit of everything; ribs *just order double the amount you think - they are AWESOME!), satay pork - spicy and deliciously charred, satay chicken, nasi goreng, the garlic sauce beans - these were a delish.
If you are staying in and around Tirta Tawar, do yourself a favour and grab out google maps and go for a stroll - you wont be disappointed.

So far best restaurant we tried in Bali (after 1 week). Amazing tasty food, please try the natural juice. We had watermelon one, it’s to die for.

A family owned beautiful warung right opposite the rice fields is incredible and a must visit when you come to Ubud. The food is great. The family is warm and welcoming.

We were staying near this place so thought we'd give it a try. We had hoped to try the duck but it wasn't available - which may, unfortunately, be a common thing as I saw other reviewers comment on it as well. But I had the grilled fish and my husband had pork sate and we shared the green beans in garlic. The food was very good and the service and atmosphere were great. We will be back.

A highlight of our stay in Ubud! Lovely staff and the most amazing home cooked meals - the pork ribs are a must! I wish we were staying longer just so that I could go back! Great prices, we got so much food for $17k.

Food is delicious and super affordable. All wrapped with ecofriendly materials but didn't compromise on the presentation at all.
The owner is very nice with great personality.
