Wish I could give more stars. Incredible experience. Amazing food. We had a group of 7 and we were sharing all of what we got with one another because it was so incredible. These are dishes you would expect from a high end restaurant at 5x the prices. And it’s not just the food, it is the incredibly friendly staff and great environment. Can’t wait to come back.
I had been wanting to try this place for a long time and it definitely was as good as I had hoped. Sat outside on the patio, ordered a beer flight and probably one of the best burgers I have had in a very long time. The side salad was noteworthy and shareable. I especially liked the “bubbly” beer, which is usually not something I’d go for. Will definitely be back.
This place was excellent! Found it by accident on the way back from Youngstown for graduation. Had a turkey Reuben that was maybe the best ever. Family enjoyed shrimp and grits and even a gluten free option. Drinks were delicious and the service was unexpectedly excellent. Definitely worth a stop!
Always a great meal at Lock 15. The menu changes and although i miss some of their previous menu items, i'm always intrigued and pleasantly surprised at the new dishes. The kitchen is not afraid of flavor, and that is a plus for me. Had the Moussaka and goat cheese appetizer...both were fantastic. Also the Hibiscus hot sauce is no joke, yum!! Great beer and cocktail selections as well!! Great service and ambiance! We sat outside and enjoyed the weather, lovely patio.
Great little bustling brew pub. Loved how you could choose to Wait for dining or any available at the bar (bartender was super friendly, so he made the evening fun!). Food was great! Turkey Reuben was one of the best I've had, and the Korean fried chicken in 4 alarm Mac& cheese was delicious! Paired off with a great collection of their home brews, you'll be in for a night to remember!
Everyone in our party loved everything about Lock 15! Tasty, flavorful beer with super cool names and back stories, but also a robust wine and cocktail list for the non beer drinker in your group. Excellent food with several incredible options for vegans and vegetarians! The moussaka and tofu patties (must get side) were loved by the veg and non veg members of my group. The tofu patty isn't on their online menu but has a delightful light curry flavor and was so good that I had to get another to take back to the hotel for the next day. Lock 15 is a must visit next time we are in Akron!
Awesome brewery! At first sight I was kind of wondering how you get into the place....just go around back and you'll see it! They have a nice cover area to sit and eat or you can go inside to get a table or go to the bar. The don't pretzels were really good. I wish you got 1 or 2 more, but they tasted good. The burger and fries were made good and the burger was juicy. The vegan tomato soup was surprisingly VERY good and very flavorful. The sangria was on point along with the beers. Staff stayed on top of it and were very friendly.
