The only thing good about this place is the view.
1.The management is very mid and it took 20 mins for them to set up the 2 bedroom villa we were in upon our arrival. Staff is slow and very 🕺🕺as if they dont care.
2. Food is aight
3. The villa might be big but the furniture is horrid. Theres one small couch at the bottom and thats it.
4. The pool and game room are also decent.
5. Location is not great. There’s no other place close by and everything is a 20 min drive away
6. The main point of this place is that they are milking off the fact that they have a good view so they built american styled houses out of concrete and a pool with views aimed towards the mountain so it looks nice but in my opinion there are other places to be considered.

Kallat is a very good resort & received a warm welcome from the team. Staff is very friendly & helpful. Rooms were neat & tidy . Appreciating the whole team for making our stay very comfortable & hassle free.it was a memorable experience & very good place to relax.❤️❤️
Received a warm welcome from the management and had a amazing and peaceful stay. We booked for 6 rooms and all the rooms were clean and well maintained. Keep up the good work 👍. Don't let the resort's beauty fool you - it's wallet-friendly too! The rooms were clean and comfortable, with stunning views that rivaled any luxury stay. The staff was incredibly accommodating, making my experience truly exceptional.
We had the most romantic getaway at this resort. The staff was super discreet, allowing us complete privacy to enjoy our time together. The view from our room was breathtaking, and the room itself was very clean and comfortable.

It was just two days stay at the Kallat British resort but it was a memorable stay. The resort is easily accessible from the national highway, just two kilometres away from the Kalpetta Town, with good road access. The atmosphere was foggy and cool. The uniqueness of the resort is the view to the Chembra peak from the resort and especially from the infinity swimming pool, the view is awesome. All the staffs from reception to restaurant is very cooperative and helpful. My kids are so happy as they were really enjoyed the kids play area, infinity swimming pool, games room, apart from this they enjoyed the nature, especially the flora and fauna in the resort. The rooms are cozy and comfortable with all amenities so my parents was relaxed and pampered. My wife was extremely happy about the food and the offered menu in the restaurant., I should say that the view from the restaurant is also mind blowing. Overall it was a great experience with the best price.

1. Except for the view from this villa, everything else is a disaster.
Location - Its really far from the main city with a really bad road. But I will not consider this negative since I was expecting it will be at a remote location.
Villa - I took a 2-bedroom villa the size of the villa was big enough but the furniture quality was really bad. Most of the items were either broken or about to break. Mattress was uncomfortable and the bed sheets were torn. I had to ask everything to be changed. The water was a little greenish.
Food - The quality of food was average. But the worst part was it was always delivered after 1-2 hrs of order. A lot of times we had to follow up on an order till it was delivered.
Facilities - This property has mid-level outdoor facilities like a children's play area, a Game room, and a swimming pool. The children's play area is right next to the road so need to watch children all the times.
Service - As mentioned earlier also service was below average. Morning Breakfast was not ready till 9:00 AM. Only two items were served for Veg worst part was non-veg items were not marked and many guest eaten it by mistake. Unfortunately, they didn't correct their mistake the next day and kept veg and non-veg items together.
Overall - I believe there are other villas which have great view like this one if any one looking for good service and relaxed stay this not the place. Most of the times we wanted to eat outside and even that was not possible because of the location of villa being too far from the city.
