Gaisano Grand Citygate Mall Davao

0 Customer service, can't resolved my complaint regarding my floating payment on Gcash. I waited for 1 week but until now no refund from the merchant and no action.
So disappointed.

I love the spacious parking area. The Department Store is quite big as well. However a little bit hot due to poor air-conditioning.

Good choices for grocery items , clean and visible displays and gondolas.. Imported goods are separated from local ones... Highly recommended.

I kinda like this mall especially when you want to have a grocery since the supermarket offers numerous choices. Furthermore, there are lots of food stalls around the supermarket. The main drawback for me is the lack of school supplies and materials related for students.

Pirting inita, not enough aircon, the environment is quite hot to shop, not good for summer season. 😓

Bad Service cashier 128 ! They should prioritize those customer who’s in line first !!!

This mall is accessible and within walk-in distance only and cheaper than Abreeza.

The gaisano supermarket is very good with a great variety of goods. At 3pm today the staff downed tools and danced showing their creativeness but not so much their productivity. The cinemas are back and coming to life as are the smaller shops. Grand us an excellent local mall.
