I'm confused. I got an 18 inch pizza for pickup. It's 18 inches in only one direction...

Got a caesar salad too and it did not come dressed, and there was no dressing in the bag.

Food wasn't ready on time and the man who helped me was quite rude.

Total was 65 dollars including tax and tip for an "18-inch" pizza and an undressed salad. Makes sense why this place is empty 24/7.

Ordered online and it came 1.5 hours late, cold and soggy, folded on itself, and a complete mess. in between I called asking for assistance and they either did not pick up or were not helpful on my order status. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because my prior to experiences were not as horrible. I know this is not the norm but still, should never happen.

I went on my birthday, and I was lucky enough to meet at that time the manager, Alessandro, who is a lovely Italian guy from Milan, attentive, friendly and very focused on making me feel special on my birthday.

We met the cheff, Antonello, a very humble and nice person. Their food is authentic and delicious; it is simply spectacular! the best pizza, the best burrata and the best dessert in New York City. Totally recommendable to go with family or couples.
They also have a very good selection of wines and cocktails.

I will definitely come back with friends and family!

This classic Italian restaurant at Numero28 has stolen my heart with its authentic Neapolitan Pizza , mouthwatering pasta and delightful appetizers. The commitment to using fresh, high-quality ingredients is evident in every bite. The table side cacio e Pepe and tiramisu is absolutely a game changers. The interactive preparation of cacio e Pepe adds a unique touch to the dining adventure. As for the tiramisu , it’s a masterpiece. Made with fresh coffee and luscious homemade cream, it’s the perfect sweet ending to an incredible meal especially paired with Carbonara Pizza.
Whether you’re planning an intimate date night or a lively gathering with friends, the Numero’s cozy ambiance and exceptional cuisine creates a haven for indulgence and connection.

Great neighborhood spot for sit down pizza. It is Italian pizza and to set expectations the pizza definitely some American flair. I love the flexibility in sizes and toppings so matter how hungry you sre. Overall the pizza, fresh and served piping hot. Salads are yummy too, didn't have room for pasta or dessert. Great pricing and friendly quick service for lunch. While the restaurant wasn't full on a early week lunch day, it nice to sit in an airy and large atmospheres with booth seating. Excellent for groups. We'll be back!!

I was visiting New York and heads great things about this restaurant and I see why. It’s a small dim lite cozy place with a delicious menu. I got a pizza for myself and ate the whole thing it was so good. Our server was kind, bathrooms were clean and you can see the chef making your pizza it’s a fun experience.
